Customers are pleased with the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and easy setup of the 65" Class C9PUA Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. They appreciate the gaming capabilities and the future-proofing provided by the HDMI 2.1 ports. While some find the remote control difficult to use and the TV expensive, concerns about burn-in and the unattractive design when wall-mounted are also mentioned.

I've had this tv for about a month now and must say that it's the best I've ever owned. Obviously the picture quality is fantastic but what really makes me appreciate it is how intuitive and responsive the UI is. I bought a Vizio p series last year which was a great tv but small technical issues gave me a bit of buyer's remorse. I'm happy to say that isn't the case for the LG.

The picture is amazing. I upgraded from a Samsung QLED. The LG’s picture quality is by far much better. The screen is paper thin. I was amazed. I have an Apple TV 4K and it’s set at Dolby Vision. I also use an Xbox one s as a 4K blu ray player. After 100 hours of use I’m going to use the geek squad calibration service. I’m a total tech member and it’s only $49.

We had a 42 inch Samsung TV before this and just needed to get with the modern technology and bigger screen for an older couple. From the first time we turned the tv on we were amazed with the picture quality and dept of colors that we had in our always dark family room. It was a bit pricey compared to other LED models but we now know we made the right decision for us.

I noticed a huge difference after finally investing in a quality 4K UHD TV. I upgraded from a Insignia 4K Roku TV that I still really like for its apps, but the picture doesn't even compare to this one. I also finally feel like I'm taking advantage of my PS4 Pro and Xbox One X! This TV is absolutely worth it, if you're willing to spend extra on a quality TV.

Tv is average to use as it is a a.i. TV. The inputs selection and programming can be a bit much but once you figure it out it's fairly tap and go. The magic remote acts somewhat of a wii remote with the motion selection and it's pretty fun once you get used to it. The color gamut is top notch and it's amazing for gaming and true black representation for movies.

Picture is stunning and the setup was seamless. The picture is amazing and blows my previous televisions out of the water. I’ve been pretty loyal to Samsung over the years but I am now convinced that LG is a much better bang for the buck. Happy with the purchase and definitely would recommend!

Best looking picture after the Sony a9, but that tv is another $1k+. I do think lg interface is crap and clunky. They need a new OS . Anyway I bought it for the picture quality and not necessarily the interface, you will not find a better looking tv at its price range $2100 on sale. Wish lg redesign a new os. I had a hard time setting or customize my tv settings

I picked it up and assembled it myself -- it's large, heavy, and somewhat scary to lift, so thin, so think twice about that. But then I just needed to plug it in. I haven't really explored the settings yet, because it's worked great out of the box. Connected to soundbar and satTV no problem. Plenty more features to learn about. Awesome for sports and action movies.

After a year I’m still amazed at the image this tv can produce. Nothing can compete and all other TVs are obsolete. Great for gaming and crystal clear when connecting my laptop via its wireless dock. Apps are kind of limited, no HBO. Built in Apple TV feature is nice but lg app on iPhone sometimes says it’s off when it’s on.

The OLED picture is awesome. Very realistic. Colors are great. Set-up was about average for a smart TV. Took a little time, Not bad overall. Apple Air function is easy to use. We live stream quit a bit these days, so that was important factor in this purchase. Being a little Tech Savvy helped, but it was much more user friendly than the older smart tv's.

I came from a Plasma and needed the absolute best picture quality that rivaled what I already had. The c9 OLED exceeded those expectations. Great detail, color and of course the deepest blacks on any television.
I'm also a gamer so having 4k 120fps at 4:4:4 is a beautiful thing.
Get it now, don't even think about an interior QLED.
