Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and easy setup of the 65" Class C9PUA Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. They appreciate the gaming capabilities and the future-proofing provided by the HDMI 2.1 ports. While some find the remote control difficult to use and the TV expensive, concerns about burn-in and the unattractive design when wall-mounted are also mentioned.

Also got the CX. This one is worth paying much less for if you can get it being last year's model. Very thin and well designed. Web os is not my favorite compared to a Android TV, but this TV makes it better.

LG Oleds are the best TVs that you can get, period. The highest level LG can stand up to the best Sony Oled or any Samsung Qled. This is my 3rd one and would not buy another brand.

This TV is absolutely stunning!! Read a ton of reviews and decided to give this one a shot and I was not let down. The only side note would be how thin this is. I was almost afraid to take it out of the package it’s so thin.

The clarity and contrast from the true blacks are phenomenal. The user interface is superb, although it does take time to learn. I cannot recommend this tv enough. Gaming with my Xbox is truly game changing.

amazing tv! Got mine open box'd and it works perfectly. Would definitely recommend buying open box to save a pretty penny. Had mine installed by geek squad, they were in/out hella fast and wore masks.

This is an unbelievable TV. The quality of the picture is amazing. I'm even amazed at the resolution of commercials. Better to get a smaller OLED than a larger LED. The picture quality is exponentially better.

Picture quality is clear and vivid. the only thing i don't like is the voice command a bit clunky. The remote control is a bit flimsy and sensitive. Other than that the quality of the TV itself is great

I am very happy with the look of the picture. The TV is amazingly skinny as well. The manual and the construction of the TV certainly makes you nervous about holding it the wrong way. Installing it on the wall was an anxiety filled adventure, but that’s because I did with me and my son. Other people may want to have a professional installer. The remote reminded us of the Wii and how you point.

This is the best TV you can buy for the $$$. I replaced my 10 year old plasma and this one is the first TV to blow it away with awesome deep blacks and amazing colors. You can’t go wrong with this TV

Great lookin tv and I’m pleased with the purchase. The picture quality is amazing even with cable tv signals. My one complaint is the setup. I run all of my inputs through my Denon AVR. Initial setup was ok but it seems that after the firmware update from LG, it now keeps switching the input signal when I first turn on the set, which is a little frustrating. Hopefully LG can address this.

We got the LG C9 for our master bedroom and boy is it beautiful. The colors really pop out at you and the lg apps give you so many entertainment options and you really don't need to watch tv over the air anymore.

This TV replaced a six year old 55" LG LCD and the picture clarity and color resolution is excellent. 4K movies are vibrant and regardless of the brightness in the room the picture does not "wash out".

I love this tv. After trying several flagship tv’s this OLED satisfied my needs. Yes I’m worried about burn in but I will be careful with the use of this tv as the years pass by.

This TV will crap out on you in 3 years. Just after your warranty expires. It’ll start to form random digital lines on the screen. It’s just how the oled panel is designed. It’s half the price of the TV to fix it. I wish someone told me all this before I bought it.

I switched from a Sony with Android TV to the LG based on reviews and improvements to WebOS and the surrounding tech. While the picture quality and tweaks are top notch, I am a little disappointed with some of the apps that simply aren't in the LG content store, such as HBO Go/Now. All in all I'm not sure if I'd go with the C9 over the Sony A8G, but I'm not sure you can go wrong with either.
