    Loved this TV - perfect picture and everything expected, BUT screen and mainboard died 12-1/2 mos after installation. LG support basically said, tough, it's out of warranty. That was a zero star rating to me then I found a Write to the President contact on their site. So I wrote to President explaining the issue and got a call the next day to schedule repairs. 5 stars for that. Moral... buy the extended warranty. Repair guy said repairs would have been about the cost of another TV. And, he still considered LG the best to work with. So, they get 3 stars.

    I love my TV, the thing I love about it most is that all TVs had a glare in my kitchen light was on. This one has no glare and I can see all the dark scenes easily. I had bought the Sony OLED I was going to have it delivered but the reviews are said it glared unless you tilted the tv like they do on display. So I went back to Best Buy sure enough, the Sony is mounted with a tilt and the LG oled was flat. I changed my order before delivery And had to wait an extra week but it was worth it
