Amazing Picture, but falls short in key areas

The first issue is that audio over the HDMI ARC does not work in all situations. When watching content with built in apps like Netflix and YouTube, the ARC audio sometimes crackles and drops certain channels. For instance, the voice channels might drop out. This forces the use of either the built in speakers or a different content source, such as a set top box. This isn't acceptable on any TV, let alone one that costs over $2k. Others on the internet have had the same issue. The other issue is that LG WebOS doesn't carry HBO Now.

Does not appear to need calibration right out of the box! Big upgrade in browser speed! Preventative burn in settings are a big plus! Geek squad helped set it up including the remote. They also moved my B6 to the basement, which was completely unexpected! Couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Getting it out of the box was the most nerve racking thing ever. A few nitpicks on the software but nothing too bad. The remote takes some getting used to as well.
