Disappointed in Blurry and Inconsistent LG OLED TV

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to love this new LG OLED 65" 4K TV, but instead mourn the loss of my previous ten year old LG 1080 37" HDTV that had stunning and CONSISTENT clarity and color on most channels. That viewing consistency meant a lot because I pay for a multi-channel premium cable package plus plus Prime, Netflix, etc. With the OLED, I must tweak the picture image each time I turned the channel--and even frequently while watching one show. How can a 65" OLED 4K TV be blurry and pixilated, look dull and dark unless on Vivid or Sport modes (too much color), and also have judder even after I tweak the "motion" settings? Look, I'm not pretending to be a techie, but just through frequent trial and error, including online research, I've become sadly adept at tweaking this TV, to no avail. It is a chore. I call my OLED high maintenance. I wish I had never purchased this television or gave up my old LG. My disappointment is exacerbated by the big price I paid for it. I made this investment because I am such a TV junkie. Now I hate to watch TV on the OLED. But that's just me.

Geek Squad did an awesome job removing old TV's and installing new one. They did this in record time, and then gave me a demo of the many new features on these models. I would recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad to anyone looking to upgrade!

I play my Xbox one and ps4 on this tv and the graphics are beautiful. Friends who come over jokingly say they don’t enjoy their tv anymore. Watching blue ray movies on this tv is a treat! You won’t regret it!
