I purchased this TV on January 1 and had it delivered, set up and an old plasma TV removed($19.99). The entire experience from purchase to delivery, set up, and removal was outstanding. Plus Best Buy had the lowest price in the area(Costco) and online. Highly recommend this LG OLED 65" TV and Best Buy!

I'm an avid gamer and wanted an upgrade from my LG 55' Smart TV so went with this on Black Friday. Saved $500 plus got the 10% back in rewards which helped me put towards a new TV stand. I'm huge fan of the G-SYNC technology in the new LG's so overall happy gamer and a nice new upgrade for my man cave!

Beautiful picture. I’d give it a 5 if the darn thing didn’t shut off all the time. I fixed it in settings and it still shuts off! Really annoying!

True 2.1 hdmi, eARC, Gsync support. This TV is one of the best options for any TV, including the newest LG OLED panels. Deep blacks, amazing Dolby Vision, and great internal speakers make this a no brainer if you have a bit of disposable income. Made my 2015 4k Samsung LED look like a toy.

Upgraded after 13 years to this beautiful TV. Great image quality, a plethora of settings, and a fantastic upgrade. Definitely challenging to put together even with a friend, if only because I was afraid of damaging the unit. Watch a video in case you aren't sure how to fit everything.

This is a great TV. I had delivered to our house. I did not have the delivery team set it up. I suggest you have the team set up. It was a little difficult because of size and weight. We did have a few glitches at first but was able to work out with tech support. We would purchase again.

The service at Best Buy was terrific, though I did know what I was looking for. They did price match, and the price I had was within $5.00. They delivered the TV when they said they would. Overall an exceptional experience, I would recommend Best Buy to anyone. Love the TV by the way!

The TV has many nice features but I have not had the time to use them all yet. There definitely are barker black tones in this TV

The TV is great but it has certain flaws, feels like when I’m watching it I’m getting a pop up out effect. Colors and Screen it’s self are beautiful however returned and got the Sony OLED if you don’t mins the pop out like effect get this TV if you want the best of the best go with the Sony, had the Sony for 2 days and don’t regard. Also the stand this tv connected to is extremely heavy for no reason.

Beautiful picture absolutely love it! Wish was easier to add apps. Recommend adding Soundbar.

The LG OLED is a must have for any entertainment junkie! You get every dollars worth. I spent a couple extra hundred dollars purchasing from Best Buy because I know the customer service would be great, and I was right! The delivery guys were awesome and helped set everything up.

The LG Flat-screen is amazing. The Color and Richness of the system has been fantastic.

I like the thinness. Not that much better than Q-LED for a substantially higher price. Needs to add 3D to options on this TV.

I did quite a bit of research and decided to grab this TV over a Samsung QLED in the same price range. I made the right decision. This TV’s visuals are stunning. The interface is super intuitive and the features are great. The C9 is the absolute best bang for your buck.

works as expected, this my 2nd OLED TV and will plan to be getting another. Also bought a Samsung and prefer the LG over Samsung.

When you get used to Plasma its hard to get used to anything else. While the picture is crystal clear on this TV I find found that things don't look "real", almost animated in some cases. The skin of people looked like it was computer generated and the motion of people looked (for lack of a better word) robotic. I think it's more of the technology than the TV but I'm still missing my plasma.

Got this for my main viewing area. I have 2 other LG OLED TVs and they have been very good. My grandson already broke 2 regular LED TVs by throwing toys at the screen but these OLED screens have been able to withstand the most destructive force on earth - chikdren (Ha).

This is my second OLED tv and I couldn't be happier. There are plenty of good professional reviews out there (such as rtings.com) so I suggest doing some research if you are unsure. However if you want to save some time and effort just go ahead and buy it now.

Love the picture. Don’t like LG required agreements for use of my info in order to use many services. Sound lacking.
