Had difficulty getting the stand attached to tv but otherwise setting up tv was easy. My internet speed does not support the best possible picture however, wish I had understood that at time of purchase.

Purchased my LG TV last month have been enjoying it very much! What a difference in TV quality in the six years since I purchased my prior one.

After much deliberation and comparisons of new models all makes snd with the excellent Smart 60 inch Samsung, went with this LG replacement of the Samsung (which is very good but not OLED type)

I love the tv. Amazing picture. But it was difficult to set up.

Videos and shows look very sharp and clear. Sound is very good as well

Screen picture quality superb. True black blacks. The screen is very thin and requires care when lifting. And if mounted on the wall make sure it doesn’t swivel into wall and bend screen.

Absolutely unreal television! I could not be happier. The guys who delivered it were great and took my old television away. They very helpful.

TV delivered as scheduled. Best Buy delivered and set up my new TV. Work was done and set up completed quickly and perfectly. Set up done and explained and I was totally satisfied.

The only thing that held us back from totally enjoying the purchase from the beginning is that we are technically challenged. Once we were shown how things worked it made alot more sense.

great TV easy to run picture fantastic! No problems with it was kind of worried about the brand name but we have had no trouble still stays buying. Have had the TV since July about two months

As far as picture quality this looks good for movies but horrible for gaming. Picture is way too dark and when you brighten it certain parts get too bright. WebOS and functionality of the TV is garbage. No HBO Max app so I have to cast from phone and it only works 10% of the time. TV constantly switches to 4K BD player input even when I don't want to use it. My attached computer must remain ON 24/7. If I turn it off or it goes to sleep the TV shuts off and will not turn back on until the computer is running even though I'm using another input. HDMI ARC is trash. Constantly lose audio on DTV and have to reset Denon receiver. I've had SONY for 7 years and can't wait to go back. LG has been a constant struggle for past 4 weeks.

I am amazed at the clarity of colors on this TV. I fell in love with the 65 in, and bought the 55 in for our bedroom. These TV’s remind me of the legendary, Pioneer Elite’s!!!

This is the absolute best television you can possibly buy. I know the CX has a next gen processor, but it's that really worth the thousand dollar difference?

Colors are so vivid you think it’s real. The blacks are so deep you think you are in outer space. An incredible product for relatively little money. Buy a sound bar with it!

I originally bought an led tv, but the viewing angles in my living room were not good for that tv so I returned it and bought this one. The picture is great from all angles

I have had this LG TV for 6 months now. I believe when you buy a higher end TV that is 10 years newer than your last TV, it should be better in every way. The only thing as far as the picture is concerned that this TV has on my old Panasonic Plasma is that it is brighter and that is it. My problem with this TV is while watching anything that moves across the screen is the stuttering and artifacts in the picture. My Plasma even as it was getting dimmer and dimmer would display anything moving across the screen perfectly smooth. On this LG, Hockey football, baseball, movies look ok until something moves across the screen, then you see that this TV can not keep up. I have updated to latest firmware and if you go deep into the settings you can get the picture a little better but the skipping and artifacts are still there. I use an roof antenna and have 300 mbps internet so the signals are not the problem. Not what I expected for a $3,000.00 TV.

I spent $2000 for OLED 55 C7 Sep ‘17 (latest series C9) and now 2 years later have screen burn in. Do not buy OLED LG TVs. All the C6-9 series have same issue. YOU WILL HAVE SCREEN BURN IN. Don’t believe me? Go to LG discussions on there own website and yo7ll see this IS a major problem. Warranty doesn’t cover this btw.
