The picture is beautiful but the software is horrible. I hadn’t bought a TV in a few years and bought this and a lower priced Samsung a few months later. The user interface is okay but the LG app selection is pathetic compared to Samsung (or any other maker from what I can tell). They don’t even have the ESPN app. I had to plug in an old Apple TV or stream through my phone to watch football. Now I’m watching at the resolutions supported by those devices rather than the 4K that I paid for. Unfortunately this purchase got past the return window before I realized my mistake.
