Technicians arrived within the appt window, with masks in place and hooked up the TV,& Sound system w/o any real issues! Nice

this TV is incredible. it is super fast, you can switch between any app no problems or lag. with this TV is in your budget go for it.

I replaced a Samsung plasma with this oled LG TV, it's brighter and of course the 4K HD is what I bought it for and am not disappointed.

I’ve went into the store intending to get another Samsung, which we have had before and really like. The salesman showed us some other options and we really liked all the new tech on this model. We were going to install it ourselves, but the rep said he wouldn’t recommend it if we had not handles that type of OLED screen before and he showed us how thin it was. So we had the Geek Squad domthe install and they were great. However after a about a week of using it, we decided it wasn’t the right fit for us. The Samsung interface was difficult to navigate and the sound was very sophisticated and difficult to adjust to our liking. My husband hears bass very well, and treble very little. We could never find a happy medium on this TV so we brought it back and got the Samsung

Getting rid of a pile of cables and wires was great. Having all our video and audio capabilities in one place is wonderful.

Have enjoyed new TV. The colors are amazing. I’m still figuring out all the advantages of the 4K but what I have learned so far is exciting.

I bought an open box TV. It was in great condition and I got a great price. I love the open-box buys and saving money.

This LG tv changes Sony receiver imputs erratically when reviewing tv channels or switching speaker output. Its irritating to have to reset back to the previous input. My original Sony tv interfaced seamlessly.

My old plasma TV went out recently so had to quickly research new TV's for the Living Room. Completely happy with this TV.

Did a lot of research before purchasing. LG’s OLED panel is beautiful! 4K movies and PS4 gaming look amazing in HDR!

Love the tv! Installation was a bit difficult due to the size and weight of the base but wall mounting would be a breeze!

Well, this tv has a great picture but don't plan on using any of the spart features as it seems the wireless cards in this whole line of LG tv's is garbage I returned the one I had and got an upgraded model and the CX and it has the exact same problem. The advice you find online says to unplug the tv and and reset it and it may work or else a factory reset. I didn't have luck with either but it will sometimes connect to my phones hot spot. I say there should be a class action law suit to address LG's continued shipping of a product they know by now is inferior.

If you watch a lot of 4K movies, this TV is amazing. If you only watch cable, I’d say save your money and get something cheaper.

Good OLED TV, that I have never purchased. Bestbuy's purchase history on my account has a bug.

Easy and pretty quick process. TV is awesome, jut finally got a cool sound bar for it, but absolutely love the tv.

The only tv better than the LG 65C9 is the LG 77C9. Best TVs anywhere! I liked the 77” so much I had to get the 65” too
