Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and easy setup of the 65" Class C9PUA Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. They appreciate the gaming capabilities and the future-proofing provided by the HDMI 2.1 ports. While some find the remote control difficult to use and the TV expensive, concerns about burn-in and the unattractive design when wall-mounted are also mentioned.

The color and quality of the picture of this TV is unrivaled in the 4k segment. The LG interface is amazing and the magic remote has replaced all other remotes. This is also and excellent tv for gaming. If you have a computer that has a nvidia card with gsync capabilities this TV will take advantage of that and provide you with a true 4k gaming experience. With hdmi 2.1 this tv is also ready for PS5 and the Xbox series X consoles coming at the end of 2020. The only negative I can think if is the fact that you will need another person to help assemble the base and life it into position.

It's just been a month since I have started using this TV and I am a fan. I have done significant research before purchasing it and the results are just brilliant! Excellent blacks, A+ picture quality, stunning and intuitive features with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision support and sleek design. LG has knocked it out of the park with this one. The only downside is that I have become less productive in my work coz I am spending way too much time watching TV. Highly recommended!

this is my second OLED TV. I had the first 1080P curved screen 3D TV, well i still have it. Handed it down to the guest room to make room for my new 65". Had the last one for many years. The screen went out once and LG replaced it for free even though it was out of warranty (Samsung don't do that, Sony either). With that once exception the TV was amazing. Thats why when i decided it was time to move into the 4K universe i knew exactly what brand i intended to buy. did a little research on the best model for my situation and i bought it. So far i can say the picture quality is flawless. Use it for Nextflix or prime and it loads immediatly. Multiple options for customization of the resolution and other advanced features. easy to make it look the way you want it. Only issues i have are with the software and the interface. if i exit out of prime and turn off the TV, the next time i load prime it brings me back to the exact spot i was and i have to back out to the home screen. some may not like it. The smart TV integration with my harmony remote is a bit difficult, unable to customize the TV the way i want. one example is i added my cable box to the TV so that i could use the magic remote to change channels but every time i open the guide it brings me to channel 1 instead of the channel i am on. if i am watching 1345 and want to see what else is on around that channel i have to scan to it with the arrow keys - sucks. I ended up setting it up old school, multiple device control, and everything is fine. Like i said - AMAZING picture. video games run flawlessly and you can customize the video display to the input that was when you switch between devices, the setting change automatically. Handy. don't hesitate on this one. find the best deal and buy it.

Replaced an old 13 year old plasma. This unit is larger screen in virtually same space. Can not adequately describe quality of picture. Magic remote is like having a mouse in your hand. Everything is intuitive easy to use. Has all the significant apps built in so no need for my stick. One less remote.

The LG OLED Smart UHD TV with HDR is by far the absolute best TV picture that is available in any TV on the market today. The OLED technology costs more, but is definitely worth the price if you want a 65+ TV that stands out as far as picture quality and definition is concerned. The picture is very sharp and the colors are extremely vivid. The contrast is superior to any non-OLED TV available. A side by side comparison of an OLED and an LED TV showed me how much better the OLED technology is. It is a TV for people who want the best picture available.

I decided to splurge on the C9 in spite of the cost. I have not been disappointed. The picture quality is stunning. Black is really black. I have not fully explored all of the features and settings. It is great having a quad core processor, especially with a wired ethernet connection. Web OS is good. I was really looking forward to watching sports, but that is not happening now. All in all, it is hard to watch any other TV in the house now.

I been looking at OLED for many year but always got push back due to pricy price tag. when I see this price drop during black Friday I finally pull the trigger and get it (since FF7R is coming out at march) play FF7 Remake on this is amazing. also I did try use RTX2080 super to run the Star Wars Jedi -Fallen order. Man that is just way too nice. I upgrade from a 1080 Samsung model back in 2011 with this now I can't go back. watch the start war mandalorian is a treat. now I just need to save some money for a better surround system.

Ya what can I say that hasn't been said already, If u a gamer it's the only option, or u could buy a 27in hdr1000 gsync for same price ha, yep bout time TVs putting heat on these outrageously overpriced monitor's, I have learned quick since switching to PC from console few years back that that the gamer tax is real. Glad I held out tho, was tempted year or 2 back in getting one of those gsync hdr1000 monitors. Now if they would produce a 43in oled just like this I'd be ecstatic, have grown use to playing my competitive fps games on smaller screen

We had the 65" LG delivered and set up by the Geek Squad. So thankful that we had them do it (my husband is visually impaired). Neal was great in setting up everything for us and explaining the apps. The color on the t.v. is vibrant and the picture so clear that you can see wrinkles on the face of the older people! We wish that we had bought this t.v. sooner. We are very pleased with it. We felt this would be the last t.v. that we would buy and we wanted the best. We are very senior citizens.

I am really enjoying this TV. The picture is great, and the setup is pretty easy. Pay attention to your height calculations if wall mounting it, the mounting holes are offset low, not in the middle of the TV. The built in speakers are OK for casual TV watching, but a sound system is required for a cinematic experience. The included remote works well and is pretty universal, but doesn’t completely replace all of your devices individual remotes. I had a problem with the TV right out of the box, Best Buy took care of it immediately. Great service!

Spent some time researching for a new TV to replace my 20 yr old plasma, knew I wanted an OLED, looked at Samsung, Sony and LG. The Samsung and Sony were more money, but that wasn't the only reason for choosing the LG. Side-by-side comparisons and reviews helped. I had my brother help install, READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FIRST, was told to by my Best Buy salesperson, glad I did. After install, my brother told me that it looked better than his Sony, which was installed and set-up by Geek Squad. Very happy with my LG.

This TV has an absolutely stunning picture! On top of that, it’s one of a very select few TV’s that already has HDMI 2.1 support. With features like eARC, Auto Low Latency Mode and Variable Refresh Rate, HDMI 2.1 is a real game changer. All of these features work great on this TV. It works perfect with the XBox One X. It’s also ridiculously thin. In fact, I’d rather it not be quite so thin. I’m a bit paranoid any time I touch it.

I was originally upgrading from a 2 year old Sony X900F series TV. I went out and bought the X900H, and although it was also a great set, I just couldn’t help feel like I was missing out every time I went into BB and looked at the OLEDs. I took it back after about a week and picked up the C9. I can’t go back to an LED now. You get what you pay for and this TV is top notch quality. I preordered my PS5 and I’m ready to roll with HDMI 2.1 for VRR and 4K at 120hz.

I didn't go out to buy a new TV but when I saw this, I couldn't help myself. It makes an LCD TV seem like an old black and white set by comparison. Crisp clear picture, makes most movies look like they are on the other side of a window. Blacks are black, reds are really red and all the colors are accurate. Sound is also quite good. While the control can be a bit of a pain, (the select button requires a bit of pressure), it is straight forward and supports all the popular web services. A great value.

To put into words what this TV is is difficult. Amazing, astonishing, great, shocking, cool, vibrant, wow-factor. This TV blew me away when I got it set up. The picture is drop dead gorgous with 4K content. Watching UHD Movies, Apple TV 4k, playing PS4 Pro or even the Nintnedo Switch this TV is impressive. OLEDs are absolutely worth the purchase. If you are on the fence I say get off the fence and get it you will not regret your purchase.

I bought this TV in preparation of the new console s being released and NFL football! But this TV is exceeded expectations. Watching 4K movies is a treat! Now I will say that it does not get as bright as a Samsung but the perfect blacks are impressive when watching in a dark room. I am a bit disappointed that I missed out on the next gen pre-orders though. I guess I will have to wait to fill you in on their next gen gaming performance.

AV equipment knowledge of sales rep was a great making selection of this TV and the peripherals. Subscription to Geek Squad service is good investment. They delivered and installed the TV without any issues. Picture quality is excellent much better than Panasonic Plasma TV which this TV replaced. TV operation is user friendly with Netflix and Amazon Prime functionality built in(off course with subscription). OVERALL EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE CHOICE OF THIS TV!!

I was looking for the OLED Sony 65A9G, but settled for the OLED LG 65C9PUA. The difference in definition and colors is negligible compared to the cost savings with the LG...and LG was in stock. The colors and details are excellent. The smart TV is also easy to use, and whole set was easy to set up. I can’t say enough good things about the KG OLED C9PUA.
