More amazing than the reviews. And when people say thin, we’re talking like those cartoon fish that turn sideways and the you can’t see them thin. It is quite sturdy, and my wife and I got it hung without incident. It’s literally an inch or so too big for the space we have and we’ve both plowed into the side of it without damage to the tv. You’re not buying this model for the sound quality so do invest in a sound bar. No idea why reviewers complain about the mouse function on the remote. I find it works great.
My only complaint is of the malcontented guy at Best Buy who brought out our tv. He refused to put it in our car because it would be in its side. He told us to rent a truck! We put it in our car ourselves and guess what? It was packaged appropriately to be driven home. I hope he’s found another line of work.

Amazing 4k TV! Even got it on sale. Quality of the picture is fantastic, lots of options on it too. Connecting it up to my soundbar and Fios TV was a snap. Sadly, Fios TV only has 2 channels broadcasting in 4k currently (and they don't have content on there a lot, usually just a random sports game). Amazon Prime Video has some 4k content though, and looks great on this TV. Built in TV speakers are fine, but I would suggest investing in a good soundbar to compliment this TV. As for the potential burn in issue, there are settings you can adjust to minimize that chance. Definitely recommend this TV if its within your budget! :)

The picture quality on this TV is amazing! The deep black is like no other TV can offer. Refresh rate is amazing! 10/10 recommend. Though the price is high, it is worth it! Also, the remote is awesome!

Have longed to own an OLED for some time now and after some research I got home this one . Geek Squad did a great job with placing it on the wall.....I am still getting used to it . There are simply too may functions that you probably will not bother to use once you find your sweet spot in terms of setting . First up it visually striking and cannot believe how thin they can make these .... color contrast is fabulous ...as they say the blacks are true and so is the rest of the color shade. I did not bother to check the sound as I connected it with an LG SN10YG sound bar ( via the Optic eARC ) and it is a great natch for this TV. I love the apps , the Web OS and all the free TV that comes with it.....I cut my cable long back and now I cut Sling too. This TV has everything and will last quite a few years like my old 3D Vizio that is still going string after 11 years.
I have some complaints though....the wireless connectivity is bad despite being close the router ( may be that's the problem)....it drops many times a day :( also they could have done a better job with the remote and the built in Alexa.
Not a perfect 5, but end of the day , this is one solid and sexy device that you and your friends will enjoy for a long time
Well done LG
PS : There is a promo going on .. you can get a PL5 X Boom Speaker when you buy this TV or other eligible OLEDs / Sound Bars

So I've been planning to buy a tv for about 5 years now. This TV stood out to me. The reviews were super good. Well I bought this same tv originally from the Navy Exchange and day 2 of I got black and white horizontal lines all the way up the TV. I mounted it and everything. I was so mad to have to take it down and hope I could return it. Well turns out that TV was defective. So this would be the second CX I bought and well the second times a charm, turned out to be a good move. This one has been outstanding. The picture quality is excellent, the menu system is pretty easy to use and 4 HDMI ports(amazing). Gaming on this TV has been a dream, she handled my Xbox series X like it was light work. I can connect Bluetooth headsets for audio. LG CX does lack HBO right now, maybe in future update. The voice command feature is pretty cool. Your able to use google and Alexa. There’s airplay built in. They even have these cool wall art pictures that look really awesome. Overall without naming every feature it has in the book, I think this TV is a heavy weight Champion of High end TV’s in every way and it’s on sale when I bought it. So have at it it’s worth the moneys in my opinion.

There is no doubt this is the king of TVs in America. To think I was going to get something else! Everything from the ease of use and setup to it literally being ready for PS5 out of the box was phenomenal. LG has really taken a lot of steps to prevent burn in across all content, too.

This tv is absolutely amazing! I was between this and the Visio OLED, but the more I read and reviewed this just seemed like one of the best tv's out on the market. And that is definitely the case. After setting this up, I'm constantly blown away by the amazing picture quality. The contrast is unreal. It can be a little distracting when watching stuff because you are in awe from the picture quality the whole time. If your on the fence about this, get off the fence and walk through the gate. Trust me!

OUT-Standing picture quality! It’s unbelievable! More thin and slick than my iPhone! (see photo) I’m glad I did my research. Aside from some limits LG has in terms of apps (mainly of HBOmax not available; at least not yet, we hope) I have no regrets about my purchase. Good thing I have a Roku to compensate. Plus mirroring the phone to the LG is easy.
Free LG channels save $$$ on cable. There’s plenty of viewing variety and streaming apps to choose from. The remote has the voice-command feature. The 65-inch is a suitable size for the space I occupy. I’m never getting anything other than OLEDs.

Bought my first TV back in 2009. It was a 42” LG and it was still going strong, but I was finally ready to upgrade to something bigger. I went back and forth about spending this much money on a TV, but the picture quality in the store ultimately won me over. Now that it’s here I’m still in love. It’s such a huge difference from my old TV. I feel like I can see people’s pores as if they’re right in front of me lol. I have a small living room, so this 65” definitely feels like a theatre experience.
As for putting it together. . Thank God for YouTube because I was lost. The base is really heavy.. the tv and the base combined are pretty heavy. There was no way I could lift it myself to put on the stand. It’s super thin and I agree with others that I was nervous while putting everything together. I’m still trying to figure out how to do a few things like change my screensaver.. but overall I’m so glad I went for it and got this. It was worth it.

The best all-around TV you can buy for the price.
This was my first OLED TV and I feel like I’ve been spoiled. Incredibly rich contrast with true blacks and stunning color. This more than made up for not being able to go to a movie theater for a year.
It’s bright enough on the Vivid setting for daytime use in a bright room, but this tv really shines at night with the lights turned off.
Great for movies, gaming, and TV shows. The only downside is the native apps don’t include HBO Max, so I had to buy a separate streaming device. If you already have an Apple TV or similar, you’ll be fine.

I did alot of research on tvs because I wanted to know i was getting the best experience when watching TV, movies and gaming. I knew I wanted a oled so It came down to the Sony a9g master series and the cx. The cx having hdmi 2.1 is perfect for the next generation of consoles. Im happy i choose this tv and its picture quality is the best you can get in 4k. Its 1k cheaper than the Sony a9g master series so it was honestly a no brainer for me. I'd recommend this tv for anyone looking at tvs and can't fully decide. If your concerned with burn in then get the geek squad warranty.

If you want the most amazing 4K picture on a 65 inch TV - get this LG! You will not be disappointed. It has enough HDMI inputs, supports HDMI ARC and it was as easy to hand on the Sanus wall mount as it could be. (no 65 inch TV is that easy to get up and over a fireplace!) The built in sound system is actually quite good, but not as good as an external system. It is super thin and we love the stored classic art work screen savers that look like framed artwork from the masters. Not cheap compared to 65 inch LEDs, but worth every dollar!

I bought this after going back and fourth on the highly rated LG C9 and the CX. I'm glad I got the CX!! Better Technology for gaming and gen 3 AI processor. This TV puts my 4K Samsung QLED to Shame! I can't imagine anyone buying this product and being disappointed. It has the best most realistic picture I have ever seen in my life! It is MORE than bright enough!! OLED is a far superior choice to QLED. I don't care what anyone says. Even better than the 8K QLEDS. Don't think twice. Buy an OLED unless you have it literally in a sun room.

Buying an open-box item can be a great way to save, the product is in like-new condition. The OLED TV offers an impressive viewing experience right out of the box. With vibrant colors, deep blacks, and stunning contrast, the picture quality is top-notch. The setup is simple, and the TV's sleek design adds a modern touch to any room. It was well worth the investment. Highly recommend Best Buy open box items

Best TV I’ve ever owned! Excellent for gaming and crystal clear images with the right streaming content. Love how thin it is and the operating system with the wireless point and click remote is perfect. My only concern in longevity. Coming up on 2 years now, hopefully it last.

I’ve exclusively owned plasmas, and this is the first OLED TV for me. Great contrast and blacks like plasma. Newer 4k constant looks awesome! The super thin display panel is sleek. The operating system is quick and intuitive. The only thing that I have noticed is that sometimes fast motion doesn’t look quite right. Not a big deal, maybe notice it 2% of the time. That being said, I think this is the best picture quality of any TV you can get now.

This was an upgrade of an older LED LG TV from a few years ago. While a bit on the expensive side, the pricing on OLED type of TV has come down from a few years back. Not only a great appearance, but a magnificent picture as well. If you can afford it, you should purchase, and I feel certain that you will be pleased.

I love my 65” Oled TV. The picture & color are awesome. When I read some of the reviews, it was mostly for ppl who play video games & the effects they expressed. I don’t play games so I didn’t buy it for that reason. I bought it because Oled is supposed to give the best picture. I kept putting it off for a year and finally pulled the trigger. I wasn’t disappointed. Awesome TV
