Customers are saying

Customers love the LG 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2020) for its exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and smooth gaming experience. They appreciate the easy setup, thin design, and user-friendly remote control. While some find it expensive, many believe it's worth the investment. A few concerns mentioned include potential burn-in and the quality of the built-in speakers.

I love my tv but mad that bestbuy didn’t have one week before the Black Friday sale through that sale price of 1899$. Pictures perfect and sound on smart tv. Great item with series x Xbox. Overall if you can afford it then I recommend it to those who can afford it. The stock speakers are surprisingly good on this to but better with my Bose sound bar. So far I’m happy with mine. Remote is like wii remote shake it to point to icons plus it’s easy to use once you play with it. Don’t spend crazy money if you can get new on sale.

I had heard that OLED was a great picture. It is exactly that. Wonderful colors, and it has many brightness settings. It does very well with all kinds of sound, from surround sound to voice. It even found our cable remote almost by itself, so no scrolling through numbers to find the right one. The most challenging thing was unboxing it and doing the slight assembly. Luckily, there are all sorts of YouTube videos on that. It picks up Netflix and Prime without a hitch, and you can switch back and forth with ease. Very happy with this purchase.

I've had this tv for over a day now, I use to have the 55" model. Had it for couple months, don't have it anymore. Long story on that. But anyways, I love this tv, far best one I ever had. Picture accuracy out of the box is pretty good! So far, I've just turned the energy saver to off to make it more brighter. YouTube TV, and the orginal app looks great! Along with Netflix, One thing I really like is the LG software they use and the magic remote is pretty cool! Pretty hyped for the PS5 now! This TV fits perfect in the living room.

Best looking TV I have ever owned. Vastly superior to my old edge lit Samsung 4K. WebOS is alright has all of your main apps you'd expect. Compatible with Google home and Alexa, seems to favor Alexa out of the box. No native chromecast support. Supports all the newer formats like Dolby vision, HDR10, and Dolby Atmos. Lots of HDMI 2.1 ports and eARC so you should feel "future proof". Native 120hz refresh rate makes this is a killer setup if you have a series x or ps5. Honestly don't have a single complaint about this TV.

Wow!! My old 4K TV never looked this good. The picture is amazing in my moderately bright room (even better at night). I have it hooked up to a Sonos sound system via the eArc HDMI port so the sound is stellar. I did use HDMI Certified cables and I have had no issues with my Sonos, Apple TV, and Nintendo Switch connected. The remote is very functional, but the volume + and - are weird as they are shaped like a very thin + and -. Its just feels funny (minor nit). If you can afford this TV - buy it!

Best tv I ever purchased to date. Amazing picture. HDR 4 k almost looks 3D at times. You can see every single detail as if you were looking at a real life image. Apple TV and Disney definitely look the best out of everything I watch in 4 k. They have their streaming in check and this tv shows what 4 k truly should look like. And the sound! Everybody loves a good surround sound / sound bar. You really don’t need one with this tv unless your going all out. The sound itself is perfect. Great sound great bass

Very satisfied with this OLED, I previously owned a LGB6, and had to put it out to pasture when I decided to purchase the CX. Superb refresh rate and plays well with the next generation consoles. The TV was smart enough to recognize XBOX series X and PS5 signal and auto-labelled the inputs without me having to edit them. Primarily game on the tv so take advantage of the EARC inputs and refresh rates this model provides. I'll have to provide a followup review to see if there is burn-in issue I had with the B6 OLED

Awesome picture. Easy connection to wifi. Wii-like remote makes navigation easier once you get the hang of it. Full sound from inside the TV. Our one complaint is that sound output is limited to only one of several paired options -- for example, tv + optical, or tv + minijack, or tv + bluetooth. You can't output sound to more than 2 devices. And there is no option for soundbar + headphone jack (for my hearing-impaired mother-in-law). Seems like an unfortunate limitation for such a great tv.

You can’t imagine how bad your old TV picture is until you get an LG OLED. I’m not a big sports fan or gamer, I enjoy nature programs, documentaries and decent movies. It is now a pleasure to watch them! Shadows now contain things and are not just black areas on the screen. Images are crisp and clear, colors are lifelike and rich. TV is easy to set up, easy to add apps, remote is self explanatory. In my opinion, an excellent product. True it’s pricey but it’s nice to get what you pay for.

By far the best picture I've ever seen on a TV. Looks especially nice for any HDR and Dolby Vision content. Got true 4K120 when hooked up to my PC with a RTX 3070 and Forza Horizon 4 looked absolutely beautiful. Can't wait for my PS5 to arrive to test out those games as well on this TV. My only complaints are that setting it up alone is incredibly difficult due to the size and thinness (not recommended by LG either) and it will be a massive pain to move again someday.

I’m 55 yrs old. This television will be the last I purchase in my life. That’s how good this beast is. Unmatched quality. This TV serves as my regular television, my PC monitor and video games TV. I never purchased a Laptop without g sync. When I saw this TV was g sync capable that sealed it for me. Absolutely beautiful gaming screen with my RTX 3080. This TV was sub $2000 last I saw. What are you waiting for?? Go get television now!! Trust me, you will be thrilled.

LG OLED 65" TV wowed me! This TV is easy to setup and a pleasure to watch. The remote control is amazing, it makes me wonder why every one doesn't do their remotes this way. It looked good in the store... it looks fantastic in my house! The LG channels are a pretty neat free addition. The sound is very clear and dynamic and also very adjustable. I discussed my TV wants with Jeff Norton and Drake and it came down to this or the Sony Bravia OLED. Very happy with my LG OLED choice!

You just won’t find another television that significantly bests this LG in any respect. It’s truly a beautiful thing. 4K HDR content is stunning. Video games have never had such a worthy display. This is the level of picture quality I’ve been waiting my whole life for. I’m giddy every time I turn it on. All pros and no cons on my scorecard. Even the price is reasonable. I’ve paid more for lesser LCD and plasma sets in the past and I would have paid more for this one without hesitation.

I think sometimes the problem is people upgrade to often. I bought my last tv in 2011, this tv in mind blowing in comparison. It was the last piece in my set up, connecting Sonos arc and Xbox Series X and it’s amazing. My only tough time was getting the stand on, which I think they could make a better way to put the stand on. With me, my lady, and a paper thin 65in monster it was scary laying it flat out the box and getting it up on the stand. Other than that amazing.

We replaced our old 55" inch plasma TV with this beauty. Super impressed with the picture, size, quality and detail. Colors pop. Love this big screen. We had it installed by Best Buy's Magnolia Center staff and couldn't be happier. They had it connected to all of our electronics within 15 minutes and it probably would have taken me an hour or more to go through the menus to get everything synchronized and working smoothly. Beautiful picture. Big Wow!!! Perfect.

As soon as I turned on the tv, adjusted the picture settings and fed it some 4k HDR content i knew i made the best purchase in a very long time. I came from a TCL P605, a budget 4k tv, and jumping to the CX is night and day. And at $1899 it was a no brainer. Top of the line picture quality. You will be shocked when you see the level of detail and perfect blacks OLED produces, images pop off the screen. GET THIS TV. You will not regret it trust me. Best TV of the year hands down!

This is a great TV, I have been looking at getting a OLED for a while and finally had the opportunity to upgrade. The Picture is bright enough for my needs and looks great. The built in apps work quickly and do not detracted from your viewing experience. I find that the remote works well. The TV is very, very thin, I have it mounted to the wall and you will want to have two or more people to help. I have not used it for 4k yet but every movie I play looks brilliant.

Really enjoying my this LG OLED TV. It replaced a 2013 Panasonic Plasma that when new was one of the top quality TVs of its day. This OLED is better. In particular the blacks are absolutely black. When its on and there is no signal its just as dark as when the set is off or unplugged. And the rest of the picture quality is wonderful as well. Have a little bit of a problem sometime getting used to how the menus work but its just a matter of getting used to it. Very happy customer.
