Customers are saying

Customers love the LG 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2020) for its exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and smooth gaming experience. They appreciate the easy setup, thin design, and user-friendly remote control. While some find it expensive, many believe it's worth the investment. A few concerns mentioned include potential burn-in and the quality of the built-in speakers.

This is such a great buy! I had a friend do the research for me, and he really recommended this TV. I use it mainly for gaming, and the picture quality is amazing! I keep it in my bedroom since I like to play video games in bed. It’s pretty heavy though. It’s a 2 person carry for sure.

This is my first oled tv and my first new tv in 13 years and man this tv is amazing! I'm still learning all the settings and getting used to this new tech but i am extremely satisfied and blown away by the clarity of this beast and the sound is also great for tv speakers. was kind of worried about the brightness from people saying its too dark but it has great brightness even in my super bright apartment living room i had no issues watching 4K movies. I have this thing hooked up to my Xbox one X and love how it looks and plays its so smooth and so clear i couldn't be happier now if i could just find a good sound bar I'll be golden, the CX is an amazing tv and i would highly recommend it if you can get it i know its expensive but even if you go with the C9 you'll still be golden oled tvs are fantastic.

LG 65" OLED CX 4K Smart TV is probably the best money can buy. The best picture I've ever seen, bar none. Not only is the picture sharp and clear, the skin tone is the most natural and realistic from any televisions. The sound system is outstanding as well. The remote with the point and click feature, very similar to using a computer mouse, is what every TV remote should be because it's so easy to use.

TV has been excellent. The picture quality is insane. The menu, remote, and interfaces are hands down better than the Vizio OLED we ended up returning and exchanging for this TV. I have had some issues with CEC/ARC interfacing with our Vizio sound bar. Not sure if it is an issue with the sound bar or the TV though. The sound bar will intermittently not output sound even though it has turned on when turning on the TV and I have to cycle through the inputs on the sound bar back to ARC to get audio out. The soundbar worked fine with our old TCL, so it must be something with the TV not interfacing well with the soundbar. Small annoying issue, but worth it as the other benefits far outweigh the small inconvenience. Pros: - Picture quality - Menus and user experience - Looks great on the wall Cons: - Issues interfacing with sound bar with ARC (maybe it will be better when we finally upgrade to a system with eARC as it is a better standard with more defined protocols) - LG is lacking a lot of Apps we had on our previous TVs. We have to cast HBO Max, Discovery+, and a few other apps that we use regularly but aren't available on LG. - The TV has a thicker area for the electronics, so it makes it makes it unnecessary for the upper area to be soooooo thin. It literally bends when lifting onto the wall and upped the pucker factor 10X that we were going to damage our brand new TV when hanging it. Nothing bad happened so it was all good, but it seems excessively thin for a TV that can't be fully flush mounted due to the thicker, panel at the bottom.

Amazing picture and sound straight out of the box! I was was surprised to find 40w speakers in TV so thin. Obviously for the best theater experience you will want to hook up a soundbar with a dedicated sub. I was initially worried about the potential of burn in associated with all OLEDs but LGs software is good about dimming or going to a screen saver if you are paused for too long. Worth the money if you can afford it

This TV is great! I now have three LG TV's after having had Samsungs. The LG TV is super easy to setup and use. The picture is very good and you are able to adjust it to your preferences. One button to get to apps, screen mirroring and more feature. Even non-tech savvy people in my home are able to quickly learn this TV :-).

Beautiful tv — looks great even when powered off. Only concern is the stand height. When not mounted to the wall a sound or center channel speaker cannot be added without blocking the tv. Otherwise can’t beat the color and black levels of OLED. Processing and options are great to file in image and motion to suit your presence.

I am extremely pleased with this Smart TV. The OLED technology produces excellent picture clarity, coupled with brilliant color quality. The sound output is both crisp and clear. The unit is ultra-thin and sits on a substantial base. It is easy to set up, and comes with numerous pre-installed apps that could eliminate the need for using a fire stick. The remote provided with this model is quite functional and surprisingly fun to use.

This tv was one of the best purchases we’ve made in a long time. It is being used for daily video gaming, watching tv/movies, and it couldn’t be more perfect for any of those activities. The ease of setup, picture quality, and seamless pairing with other devices in our home are more than worthwhile. So good in fact, that we decided to purchase a surround sound system from Best Buy to compliment this awesome oled!

I have zero complaints about this tv. Picture is beautiful, sound works as should without a soundbar. Although I will note that all apps run sound-wise differently. Disney the volume can be found in the 30-40+ range depending on background noise where-as YouTube is 7 -20 and Xfinity TV the volume is almost all the way up (I don't ever use it, so I don't care). This TV has been getting used every day for hours and hours with zero issues. Set-up is kind of difficult with one person and I recommend two. The screen is VERY thin and feels flimsy cause of it, more of a pain solo. All the plug-ins are on the left side - For me that is kind of annoying and I wished they were center of the tv or both sides. All my stuff sits to the right of the screen (Just how my set-up is designed, it isn't the most convenient. This tv will eventually become an external monitor for my PC. Which has GREAT ratings and excels in that area. I have not tested it out first-hand but seeing how it hasn't disappointed me in ANY other areas I don't foresee it to in that field either. If you can only have one, this is the tv to have. If you can have two, buy this and it's 75-inch variant. One for the living room and bedroom.

Excellent tv. The images, clarity, bright colors and deep blacks, perfect tones. Perfect right out of the box with standard mode, however, I adjusted my settings to bright mode. Viewing angles are excellent but please note you cannot place a soundbar in front of tv as the stand is low and viewing will cut off bottom portion of tv.

Bought this one to replace a Samsung Q80T that we had to send back after some issues. This is hands down the best tv we’ve owned. Perfect for gaming with 4 HDMI 2.1 ports. Tv can do 4k 120fps gaming. The OLED tv makes everything pop and contrast so well. Everything looks so rich. The tv itself is very thin and very easy to navigate. All around an amazing TV.

I recently upgraded to this over the B7 due to getting next generation consoles and desiring HDMI 2.1 functionality. The TV has incredible picture, although, picture quality is quite similar to older models. I am not disappointed at all with the upgrade, and still believe LG has the best front-end OS on the market.

I really am very impressed with LG OLED TV, I switched from a Top Tier Samsung TV and the colors are night and day. LG really has achieved the superior colors and especially the black tones, there is no halo type affect with this TV. The colors are deep and rich. I would definitely buy another LG OLED TV. If you have it in a bright room as with just about ay TV you will get some glare.
