Customers love the LG 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2020) for its exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and smooth gaming experience. They appreciate the easy setup, thin design, and user-friendly remote control. While some find it expensive, many believe it's worth the investment. A few concerns mentioned include potential burn-in and the quality of the built-in speakers.

Absolutely the best picture I have ever seen. I use this TV primarily for next gen 4K gaming (PS5), but because of the picture quality I find myself watching movies and TV on it a lot now as well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely blew me away with how vibrant the picture is. Sound quality with just the internal speakers with the stand is excellent. Black levels are unmatched! Compared directly to a Samsung q80T and this won hands down.

This LG 65" OLED TV has an absolutely fantastic picture! It blows away any other TV I own! I was on the fence about buying this TV versus a Samsung Q90- I am so glad I went with the LG OLED as the contrast ratios and picture detail are much better than the Samsung. My only real niggle is the Magic Remote. I don't find it to be very user friendly and I hate the on-screen cursor function. Wish I could shut it off! Other reviews I've read show that a lot of folks really like the remote! To each his own, I guess. That being said, the remote is a minor issue compared to the awesome picture I've gained. I am rediscovering blue-ray movies with a clarity I didn't know was possible! I highly recommend this TV... you won't regret it!

Picture is fantastic. I like the magic remote. It makes it real easy to navigate through the menus. There is a little bit of a learning curve with the menus and apps and all that but overall Very happy with my purchase.

My second LG OLED. The picture is stunning and always sticks out in the store vs the other TVs. Love the Wii style remote pointer too. Love this TV. Didn’t even feel the need to calibrate or anything. Great out of the box

Researched a large number of TV's for about a year and a half and continually LG came to the forefront. Decided to upgrade from our previous set and give old set to our daughter. This LG CX65 provides beautiful images, is easy to navigate (though we use a ROKU box) and does everything we wanted. No complaints. I would suggest that you take great caution when moving it into place as it truly is VERY thin. Best Buy folks customer service folks mentioned that they get a couple of these back each month that have broken due to lack of caution when purchaser is installing the set. It definitely takes two to move this thing around. Pay close attention to the initial set up instructions or the set may not boot up when first turned on. VERY happy with this purchase!

Fantastic TV with excellent image - it's insane how much color I've missed in the past (lol). Super easy setup - be aware the base is HEAVY and I mean like 2 people heavy - so have a mate help you with the setup. The smart TV functions and intuitive pointer took me a moment to get accustomed to, but they are simple and easy. Also my soundbar easily controlled now with just the TV remote. This TV is SLIM and sleek for sure and came recommended by my bestie who is a movie director and owns (kid you not) 3 of these TVs and swears there is not a better OLED out there. Only drawback - not integrated with Apple TV app so you do need to buy an Apple TV 4K if you want that service (including HBO Max access).

This TV is the super bowl of all TVs! Very easy to setup and the TV speakers are really loud and clear with Dolby Atmos. I bought the LG Meridian Sound Bar and our living room sounds better than a movie theater.

What a picture! I bought the 55” and then returned it for this beast on a Black Friday deal and what a great decision. No complaints, this is a fantastic TV. Gaming looks entirely different with HDR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I've had this TV for almost a month now, and it has definitely lived up to all the hype surrounding OLED. Coming from a high end Samsung QLED I was worried that the improvements would be minimal at best, but that was not the case. Samsung has made huge strides in recent years with local dimming, but it still doesn't compare to the picture quality you get from this OLED panel. This TV has amazing color, and more than enough peak brightness to do HDR justice. The TV also doesn't disappoint in the gaming department. The addition of 4 HDMI 2.1 inputs, and VRR with Gsync separates this TV from anything else on the market. Gaming at 4k@60, and 1440p@120 on a 65'' OLED panel is incredible. And when the next generation of consoles, and GPU's release 4k@120 with HDR will also be possible on this panel.

Hands down, best TV picture ever. We have not bought a TV in 19 years, so you can imagine the quality of picture that we had before. I am glad we waited all this time for the TV purchase and to take advantage of the technology. Amazing, you won't be disappointed. I think the best thing other than the picture quality is that everything can work wirelessly with it. Only need to plug it into an outlet. Since we recently upgraded our modem, router and wifi all connected via CAT8 Ethernet cables to wifi mesh 'pucks' scattered throughout the house, we get some serious speed and the picture quality is perfect with no slowdown.

Excellent picture to say the least. The colors and true blacks are just amazing. I've had it for a little over a month and no signs of burn-in. Sound is adequate for TV speakers. OS is a little clunky but usable.

Easy to set up and navigate through. Love the colors. Only one gripe - that it doesn't adjust the sound levels. I'm constantly switching sound modes. But, only for certain shows. Otherwise, very happy with this TV.

Great tv. Great picture. You can really see an OLED difference. I own 2 and would buy another. Previously I had never bought anything but Sony. 4 years later for my first LG OLED and I couldn't be happier.

Crazy outstanding TV! Me and my wife are huge movie fans and this TV makes all the difference. Especially in 4K! It has everything you want to set up your own “movie theater” at least to me it does. Dolby Atmos and Dolby vision are big winners for me as I’ve paired this with the Sonos arc sound bar with a sub to added to this set as well. Couldn’t be happier with this bad boy. The low input lag for gaming it offers is also fantastic. Can’t wait to pair this with the PS5 and see how well that combo goes together.

I love this television more and more every time I watch. It’s even better when gaming. Easy to setup and get going. It’s pretty heavy though so I recommend two people to lift it in to place. Absolutely recommend it.
