Great TV, poor installation

But wall mount design is useless if installer, specifically untrained Giek Squad can't install it correctly. Don't count on Best Buy for quality installation of this product. This review is based on installation experience with Best Buy for the equivalent LG TVs in the past 2.5 years

OLEDs are inherently dark and this one is also. Where it’s dark it’s dark and where it’s bright. It’s really bright. Still not sure I want to keep this TV.
