Great picture. Some of the user interface features are not intuitive. Also, trying to use only the LG controller to work the DirecTV features are difficult; have not fully worked out all the kinks.

Not super impressed with his TV for the price. OLEDs are inherently dark and this one is also. Where it’s dark it’s dark and where it’s bright. It’s really bright. Still not sure I want to keep this TV.

The G3 is still one of the best TV's to buy in 2024. Amazing impactful HDR brightness that adds additional depth compared to dimmer OLED TV's.

I bought this tv two weeks ago, and set up was in a word a nightmare. Went threw diagnostic testing to see if my other components were the problem and was on the phone with LG to see if they could do anything different and fix my problem. Long story short TV defective. Arranged exchange with LG and Best Buy. New tv received and lo and behold the set up and the tv received all external devices with out issue. Just goes to show that some times you get a bad product but the exchange went great with Best Buy. Thanks Best Buy

DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS. Of all the awful companies manufacturing consumer devices out there, LG may be the worst. I have bought LG products for years. LG TVs. LG soundbars. LG speakers and accessories. I have spent thousands of dollars on their products. I regret every one. Here’s some reasons why: - One of the industry’s worst warranties, ONE YEAR parts & service - Software updates frequently BREAK compatibility with OTHER LG products, leaving you to connect third party products or just go without. (See: My TV just updated, and SIMPLINK stopped working with my LG soundbar. After an hour of troubleshooting the TV and speaker, still can’t connect successfully. Thanks, software update, now I have a $1,600 brick.) - Support technicians are the standard overseas, outsourced, non-English-speaking people in noisy call centers, who have zero technical knowledge and rely entirely on troubleshooting scripts. - LG’s operating profit, after all their tax shenanigans last year, was still $2.8 BILLION dollars, which they invested into… vehicle components, smart fridges, and even more predatory, broken smart device software. The same software that PREVENTS successful connection to OTHER LG PRODUCTS. Do yourself a favor, never buy an LG product. STOP yourself when you want to, and ask: - Do I want to sit on hold with a support agent in Bangladesh for an hour, one month after my pitifully short TV warranty expires, performing the same steps over and over in hopes it’ll magically work? Do I want to spend $5,000 a year on electronics that STEALS and SELLS my data, while being roped into predatory data agreements to use my (broken) TV? If you answered ‘no’ to any of these questions, DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS.

Hi there, Thank you for reaching us. I'm so sorry to hear that you've had a terrible experience with LG products. I understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be to have spent thousands of dollars on a product that doesn't meet your expectations.

I want to acknowledge your concerns and apologize for any inconvenience or frustration caused by our warranty, software updates, support, and business practices. You're right, our one-year warranty is not adequate, and we should have done better. I'm sorry that our software updates have caused compatibility issues with other LG products, leaving you to troubleshoot or find alternative solutions.

I also apologize for the difficulties you've experienced with our support team. We understand that our outsourced call centers can be challenging to navigate, and we're working to improve our support processes. It's unacceptable that our support agents didn't have the technical knowledge to assist you.

Regarding our financial decisions, I understand your concern about investing in vehicle components, smart fridges, and software development. While we strive to innovate and improve our products, we should have prioritized our customers' needs and satisfaction. Please reach out to us on social media @LGUSSupport so we can help you further. ^Cris LG
