Not super impressed

OLEDs are inherently dark and this one is also. Where it’s dark it’s dark and where it’s bright. It’s really bright. Still not sure I want to keep this TV.

User Interface Needs Improvement

Also, trying to use only the LG controller to work the DirecTV features are difficult; have not fully worked out all the kinks.

Great customer service

Went threw diagnostic testing to see if my other components were the problem and was on the phone with LG to see if they could do anything different and fix my problem. Long story short TV defective. Arranged exchange with LG and Best Buy. New tv received and lo and behold the set up and the tv received all external devices with out issue. Just goes to show that some times you get a bad product but the exchange went great with Best Buy. Thanks Best Buy
