Purchased 3 65" LG G4 TVs on 11/29/24, which were delivered on 12/21/24. No issues with the first two TVs, but the third TV had a defective display. There is a very distinctive line, which looks like a crease, seam, or fold, that runs horizontally across the entire display. There was no damage to the TV's box upon delivery, and there is no visible damage to the TV - not even a spec of dust. The defect was evident from the first time the TV was turned on. Because of our busy schedules, we didn't get this third TV setup until the evening of 2/8/25 and immediately saw the issue. I contacted LG support the following day and spent over an hour with them and sent 10 pictures trying to convince them of the issue -- they tried to claim it wasn't a defect and made the process a lot more difficult than it needed to be. The customer service agent was quite condescending with their tone, kept trying to deflect accountability, and made me feel like I was a liar or trying to scam them (I have the online chat log saved). The customer service agent even tried insisting that we would have to pay for the cost to repair the TV. We purchased this TV directly from LG.com, so they have access to our order history where they can see we spent over $10K on LG.com, including 3 G4 TVs and their smart 6700 series washer & dryer, in 2024 alone. This was our first time ever contacting LG regarding an issue for any of the LG products we own (which is a lot). Since the 30-day return window has passed, LG won't exchange the TV. So, they passed our information along to a local repair center. They repair company reached out yesterday for additional information and pictures. After reviewing the issue, even the repair company was surprised that LG refused to just exchange the TV - speculating that it will likely cost LG more money to have the panel repaired (parts + labor) than just exchanging the TV. Manufacturing issues happen, and we're definitely quite understanding about that. However, how a company responds to such issues speaks volumes. LG made what should have been a very simple process into something that felt quite combative and a lot more difficult than it needed to be. Although we've loved all of our LG products, this customer service experience has completely changed how we feel about the brand. We're currently going through the design process for a full kitchen model and were going to use LG for all our appliances (wall oven & microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher), but now we're looking at other brands because of this experience.

Dreamy display. The sharpness, dynamic range and colors is just incredible. The coating on the display really helps to cut out any glaring. Even with the room full of sunlight the brightness is strong enough to combat it. Excellent for watching movies, youtube and even gaming. It is very thin and I love how it looks without any labeling on the bezel so when mounted it looks very classy and easily to mount. Best Tv I have ever owned.

Excellent picture and color. Sound is really good on it's own, and even better with easy connection to an LG sound bar system. Price was reasonable and typical LG quality.

This TV has a beautiful picture quality. The user interface is very snappy and well thought out. If you don't have a streaming box, no worries, the Home Dashboard does it all and is very intuitive. The reduced price with the G5 coming soon is a steal. I highly recommend!

We upgraded an older LG 65" TV about ten yrs old that was still working. The G4 is simply stunning. We got a good price on sale for black Friday deals. Everything is faster and looks better than our older TV. We added an LG sound bar Atmos sound bar to upgrade our old one as well and it makes listening to everything better.

Great image; great quality and sound. I was an audiophile for some time many years ago and I'm impressed with the sound quality; so much so that I returned the sound bar I purchased. Deep, deep black and true 4K ...I recommend

The perfect TV for us. This replaced an old plasma TV that just stopped working after 10 years. The picture on this LG TV is incredible. We watch everything from sports to movies on this. Everyone comments how much they like this TV.

Very good TV with a bright and crisp image. I was waiting to see screen and information on the LG G5, but given the price point for the LG G4 and proven technology for the MLA versus stacking, I am more than happy with this TV.

The image quality is awesome. We love it. It looks nice on the wall with the OEM flush mount. Removing it from the box is a mistake.

The best TV of 2024 and it is not close. Great all around performer for any environment and any content

Everything was as advertised! Beautiful picture and the features are intuitive. I get better quality using their interface for streaming apps than with the old Roku I have plugged into it. No complaints at all.

CAN'T BELIEVE HOW CLEAR THE PICTURE IS. HAS A TON OF FEATURES THAT COME BUILT IN TOO THIS OLED TV. GREAT SOUND OUT OF THE TV SPEAKERS BUT I ADDED A NEW DENON RECIEVER ALSO FROM BEST BUY FOR SURROUND SOUND. IT WAS A GREAT CHOICE!

Best TV we have ever owned. Color is superb! Our Best Buy salesperson truly knew his product line and led us in the right direction when selecting the LG Oled Class G4 Series Smart TV! Purchased (Ambeo) Sound Bar in addition to TV. Totally satisfied with both.

I spent a long time waiting to go from an LED to an OLED, and when I made the jump I wanted it to be the right one. This TV may be expensive but it is worth every penny. There is nothing wrong with it, and so much that's right.

I'm very happy with this tv. I've had it for a few months now. No problems. Great picture quality.

Finally spent some extra money on a good tv and LG didn't disappoint. Amazing tv with all the features.

The LG OLED G4 has a fantastic picture. The 4 HDMI ports were a must for me and the remote is really cool. Price was less expensive than the Sony and Samsung equivalent TVs.

So far I really like my tv. It looks good, sounds good, and has very convenient features. I did run into an issue where it started to shut off even when in use but, I was also using my Apple TV with it. After turning off the CEC features on both the Apple TV and TV it’s back to normal.

Have set up for SDR and HDR sources and picture looks very good. I have used recommended settings from RTINGS and picture is very accurate. I may professionally calibrate but right out of thd box it looks very accurate.
