The TV quality is excellent. I was hard and time consuming to set it up, however. Instructions are minimal and not clear. A step-by- step manual should be included. Also, it would be nice to select a wall or shelf mount. I had to purchase a shelf mount separately.

I have had the older generation. We have alot of ambient light and reflection. This screen is perfect. No reflection and color quality is amazing

This LG G5 TV has been the best purchase of Televisions I have had. I have noting negative to input. I would buy it again. The picture quality is amazing. I definitely recommend this TV over Samsung and phony Sony.

This TV has the best picture of any one that I have ever owned. I use to be a big fan of the Samsung tv’s but this LG is a whole other level ! Pricey but worth it !

Hands down, the LG G5 is the best and brightest OLED I have ever seen. For movies, the TV is the best. Note: I am not a gamer so, I cannot speak regarding playing games on the TV.

Very nice quality and looks very nice on my wall. Only thing i didnt like was i didn't receive a manual. But was able to print one off online.

Great Tv upgrade! Had an LG OLED 2018 model and now upgraded to the newest model.

its been a few weeks and its definitely an upgrade to my previous LG 65", the sound is better and the panel also much better. the clarity and motion is smoother and on screen.

The LG G5 OLED itself is an incredible TV — amazing picture quality, color accuracy, and HDR performance. However, the delivery experience through Best Buy was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My original delivery date was missed without notice. I was given conflicting information from multiple reps — one even told me it was “canceled as high risk” without my knowledge. I had taken the day off work and prepped for the delivery that never came. When the replacement finally arrived, the TV was transported on its side in the back of a pickup truck, which Best Buy employees had earlier refused to allow me to do myself, citing risk of damage. Sure enough, the back panel ended up warped and loose. Customer service offered only an exchange or refund, and refused to take accountability for the poor handling and lack of communication. I’m now proceeding with an exchange, but after this experience, I’ll likely purchase future TVs elsewhere. The TV deserves 5 stars — but the service and delivery process barely earn 1.
