Frustrating delivery experience despite great TV

However, the delivery experience through Best Buy was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My original delivery date was missed without notice. I was given conflicting information from multiple reps — one even told me it was “canceled as high risk” without my knowledge. I had taken the day off work and prepped for the delivery that never came. When the replacement finally arrived, the TV was transported on its side in the back of a pickup truck, which Best Buy employees had earlier refused to allow me to do myself, citing risk of damage. Sure enough, the back panel ended up warped and loose. Customer service offered only an exchange or refund, and refused to take accountability for the poor handling and lack of communication. I’m now proceeding with an exchange, but after this experience, I’ll likely purchase future TVs elsewhere. The TV deserves 5 stars — but the service and delivery process barely earn 1.

The picture is excellent, the processor is fast, every channel (Apps) you could want. Only thing i don't like is the picture blurs a little when you change channel, but the processor clears it up pretty quick. Very nice TV overall.

The image is crystal clear, with a sound bar the audio is terrific! We used to have a Google TV and could not figure out how to use the remote. This remote is easy to use, intuitive and has several features that are new and beneficial. I definitely recommend this TV!

We bought the 9.1 channel LG sound system with the TV. However, while streams apps like peacock, HBO, HULU, the sound dips in/out. We ensured to upgrade all of our streaming services to the highest quality. This sound dipping does not occur when using HDMI connected devices such as PS5, Nintendo switch 2, or Apple TV.

I walked in looking for an OLED 4K and was impressed by the quality especially in the 5G. Not just using it for gaming consoles and watching movies, but also testing out playing games on it using my tower it still looks amazing. It's definitely a more budget friendly option compared to Sony.

The TV is supposed to be brighter but it doesnt feel like it. In any HDR or Dolby vision content its still dark with no way to adjust the brightness. SDR content though looks amazing because you can turn up the brightness. Also this is a brand new generation, with upgraded processor etc, and somehow the WEBOS interface is actually more sluggish, especially with a PC connected and gaming optimizer enabled. Try to go into the menus and it sometimes takes 30-45 seconds for the menu screens to update when you try to navigate through them. The AI functionality on this tv is kinda worthless. It mostly just finds you webresults anytime you try to ask it to do anything. And the AI picture modes dont seem to look any better or make any difference. Its a decent tv if you dont already have an OLD, but if you already have one, this isnt an upgrade despite the hype... Also once again, theyve removed DTS audio support
