i bought the Sony 900e series before i got the sj8500. i really enjoyed the the Sony (I am not a big Sony fan) but i wanted a TV that had Dobly Vision. The Sony didn't offer it so i decided to go with the LG. Overall it's a good TV. i just wish it got brighter. i am still trying to play with the settings. i really had my heart set on the Vizio P series but Best Buy doesn't sell it for whatever reason. i would have gone with the Sony 930e I guess there was an update with the D.V. however it does't work with HDMI you only get D.V. with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Super nice colors my fist 4k tv and I'm happy with it in my opinion way better then the Sony bravia that they were offering me for the same price but lg had better options and specs well worth the savings

The tv picture quality is good, but it does experience some light bleed when there are black cinema bars. Love the remote! I can control my set top box and apple tv with it.

Let me tell you this this TV is so clear crisp excellent viewing that I hate to turn it off I’ll tell you also this TV is so easy to use compatible with all my other DVD DVR

Had this TV for a couple month, so far everything had gone well! Super easy to understand the settings and set up guides! The picture quality it’s great! Offer HDR and 4K!

I wanted a an OLED, but let's be honest, the price tags on those televisions are outrageous... So I shopped around and found this gem. Honestly, the quality is so good and it is so easy to use. The operating system is very user friendly and it just has a very nice look to it. It connects to the internet so easily and allows you to surf the web and do so many other amazing things. In terms of quality, it is one of the best in it's class. Iafter comparing it to the Samsung QLED, I have to say, this tv is better in my opinion, but still not as good as LGs OLED. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Aside from the great picture quality the TV had two big pluses which I appreciate; Bluetooth and the convenient mouse pointer that comes with the remote.

Really sharp picture and good colors, linked to an LG sound bar, it's a great combination for your family room.

We upgraded from a 58" plasma to this 4k Ultra 65" a couple weeks ago and we over extremely pleased. It took a day or 2 to get more acquainted with the color schemes and settings. We had to find that perfect contrast and brightness for our viewing pleasure. Once we found the perfect setting then TV watching hasn't been the same since. Just found the Netflix button on the remote so now 4 stars goes straight to 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Good picture, great color and sound is good as is. Now, if they would start using 4k in most shows I would probably be really in great shape.

I looked very carefully at the picture and capabilities of comparably priced SONY and Samsung TV's but in the end went with the LG. I'm very happy I did and I feel that it has the best picture and connectivity (I don't like the Samsung separate box for connection on their 8000 series models). Looks great on 4K and HD content alike and I have used it with Apple TV 4K, XBOX One, PS4 and 4K Blu-ray players. I give it a 10.

I was leary on buying a new new TV, but I am so glad that I did. The 4K/HDR picture is beautiful and my Xbox One X performs excellently.

If you don't want to spring for the OLED this is the one to get. The 9x series does not add enough o be worth the extra price to me.

Tv is amazing. Very bright colors. Very nice. Really good for sports or movies. I play a lot of video games and it works perfectly.

I like the big screen. Picture quality is excellent. The smart tv menu is easy to maneuver through. Overall happy with this tv.
