I'm not an expert but I like what I like and Iike quality. I was orginally set on a Samsung - its the only brand of TV I have purchased the last 12 years. However with COVID and supply chain disruptiions I was told the wait for my Samsung was going to be over 3 months. After speaking to my Magnolia rep I decided to give LG a try. I'm happy I did. I like the remote - its easy to use and intuitive. The connections give me all the flexibility I need. The picture is great though it does struggle if there is a lot of sunlight (as do most TV's). The definition is pretty accurate - it shows off the capabilities of my Kaleidescape content. Glad I decided to try something new.

First of all I returned the vizio p-series quantum and got this tv instead. They are not even comparable. The lg is superior in every way. The picture is great from every angle. The magic remote is sweet. It's interface is pretty fast. Google assistant and amazon alexa built in are cool. I would love to have an oled but still to spendy. It's cool to say play todays hits to alexa and it plays it. I do have a soundbar so I don't know if the speakers are any good. I was really lucky to get this on deal of the day for 900 bucks. For that price I feel like I got one hell of a deal! I have read that it's not great for a dark room but I have not noticed that. It has looked great so far no matter what.

Picture is so nice and links to my LG sound bar for great viewing experience. Wi-fi steaming works without issue. Magic remote is a plus. I found all settings easy to navigate.

I would have to say I am quite pleased with my new 65” LG Nano 9 Series smart tv! This tv has a great picture, and I was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality in this set. The magic remote that is included with this tv makes it so easy to navigate through all of the options and menu’s to choose from. I would compare the remote with a laser pointer, This remote makes it so easy with typing in the search menu, just point and click. Over all a great smart tv and I would definitely recommend this tv!

Had an LG 4K 65” tv that was 3 - 4 years old, just wanted to take it to the next level with the picture quality. This TV was exactly what I was looking for. Love LG’s Menu Setup/ Tv Remote Purchased an OLED model before returning it for this one. Room has a lot of windows, the OLED couldn’t provide the brightness I was looking for. Buy this TV. You won’t regret it. Makes my Blu-Ray DVD’s, Look like 4K movies.

***THERE IS NO HBO MAX APP FOR LG SMART TVS***. This is why I gave the TV 4 stars. As I understand it, this is something ALL LG Smart TVs are lacking, due to licensing or exclusivity deals HBO has with other manufacturers. Went with the Nano series, specifically because it is NOT OLED. While OLED screens like in the flagship B-series look fantastic on day one, I am concerned that the technology still suffers from permanent image retention/burn-in. We went with the Nano series and could not be happier. It is big, bright, great for console gaming, and has a very clever remote that functions as a mouse/pointer. The biggest downside is that If you have a Chromecast or Apple TV to hook up to the TV, then you will be fine.

a couple of comments for future buyers: 1. the single base (leg) makes the tv hard to move and makes the tv unstable in my opinion (wobbling). 2. Picture is great and the sound is fantastic too - no real need for a sound bar. 3. wish there would be some analog connectors in the back so that I could hook up my sling box for remote viewing from overseas. 4. Happy with the aability to work with settings, etc. 5. Colors and sharpness are very good and with a quick refresh rate, there is no problem when watching sports.

Wow, LG quality all around, absolutely beautiful picture, much better sound than I anticipated (40 watts in such a thin seemingly Bezelless frame, nice rich sound for "factory" speakers. Easy setup, navigation, linkups, etc. Another plus, Alexa and Google Assistants at your disposal for even more fun. So glad I purchased this Nano 9 Series, 65" set, it has assuredly lived up to all the research of tech data, specs. Definetly recommend this TV to even the pickiest of viewers, you'll be impressed!

I’ll leave all the technical talk to those more qualified and just say that the picture is phenomenal! I already had experience with our 47” LG and have always been happy with the picture and ease of use, so when I went to buy a 65” for our lower level, LG was a no-brainer. That said, there are seemingly many LG’s available. I just went with one that had great reviews on the picture, and I couldn’t be happier. I have a surround system hooked up to it and it’s almost better than being in an actual theater. 4K content blows my mind on this set. Great purchase!!!

I picked this TV because of my 5 year old LG TV still has a great picture, but I wanted the 4K capability. I was originally going for the Samsung based on the picture from my 4K other TV, but the remote control was not very user friendly and batteries died in 1 month. The LG base also fits better on my TV stand vs the separate legs on the other TV's. I am greatly impressed with this TV picture, and the upscaling works also on viewing photographs from my phone. They look amazing at 65 inches. The remote control and programming for other devices was also flawless.

I bought this an as alternative to the OLED TV due to the price. It was 1/2 the price of the OLED I really wanted in the 65” series. The picture is good. Really good. However, the blacks are simulated, not true, black. The backlighting is in 10 zones it can turn off if not used. Problem is, when you have a black picture with a small image or text, the screen will light in that “zone” behind that text and create a serious halo effect. I almost think I’d prefer not to have zones and have a standard backlit LED so it’s not so noticeable. When watching movies it’s not as noticeable, as the entire screen is being used for something. But in gaming it can be pretty irritating.

Replacing a several year old 1080P 55" TV that probably cost us $3500. We got the LG on sale for $1100, and would have been happy at full price. We couldn't be more pleased. Plenty of inputs, excellent picture, small bezel, what's not to like? Comes with a smart remote. You can plug in a hard drive or USB stick and it pops right up on the screen to play videos. Plus, our Best Buy delivery team was very pleasant and taking full precautions in the time of Covid-19.

The TV has great colors and haven't noticed issues with picture delay with the TV having a high screen refresh rate, especially with watching high speed sports, such as horse racing and car racing. The remote paired perfectly with the satellite system and Netflix. It took a bit longer to learn the seldom used remote functions, until needing them and learning those functions on the remote. I have the TV connected to an AV system for incredible sound. A great TV from LG.

I did a lot of research, read customer reviews and visited best Buy stores several times I was able to zero in on the Nano Cell 9 series and I'm so glad I did. The 65" picture is very sharp and crisp and the colors are wonderful. The Geek Squad installers were very professional and efficient. Lastly, the price went down $100 only 5 days after my purchase and Best Buy honored the rebate,

We are 10 days in and have NO complaints. The blacks are acceptable given the type of panel being used. The sound is wonderful with the built-in subwoofer. Best sound I've ever heard thru stock tv speakers. There is some slight blooming when captions are presented with a dark background but, I have NOT noticed this while watching movies, etc.. With the sale price bringing it down to $1400. I would definitely recommend this tv. The cursor will take some getting used to, it is very sensitive

It isn’t what I wanted, but based on my budget and the assistance I received from the LG expert and Magnolia rep it was the best I could afford and THE MAGIC REMOTE!!!!, it even controls my Apple TV seamlessly. Over all very happy but the picture and screen jitter couples with the local dimming zones or lack there of cost this product one star because it makes up for many things with features but I miss the better screen experience I lost based on my budget.
