    Picture is just OK and sound and fire stick use is terrible. Sorry I didn't buy the Samsung that I went into the store to but and got talked into the LG sale item. Big mistake. Unless it needs further adjustments it is a major disappointment and was set up by the Geek Squad.

    Good picture clarity but there is white/light glow that remains around the edges and anything that may be brighter in the center like subtitles and such. Perhaps it’s a setting but I haven’t found any setting adjustment that has taken it away.

    wow, if its not their top of the line OLED panel, I don't think LG cares about the quality of this or any of the other line. Do yourself a favor and just go buy a Samsung-bout from Best Buy 7 years ago (7 series-suggested by a helpful team member) and is still going strong with a great picture. 1st-we bought a cheaper 70 in model from the year before and it had bad light blooming-if you don't know what this is examples include: when screen should be all black it looks like a curtain, kind of a stage curtain effect. This one is WORSE, and we paid quite a bit more, and it has the "nano cell" tech. The whole portion of the screen lights up when and object in the middle of the screen is brighter example: movie shows a dark room with a candle- an entire vertical band brightens the darkened areas its terrible-we moved this one to the guest bedroom-which we never have. also-before we moved it to the graveyard-the remote broke, which is essential, because the tv has to be updated every other day. so everyday- the notification stays on the screen because we have no remote.... The eARC is not supported.... I use Apple TV's for every tv and don't have problems with the older LG and my Samsung.... Lastly, the only way I can operate the tv now is with an LG branded app on my phone that lets you click 5 buttons on it before a VERY loud and LONG advertisement pops up. Thank you LG for a TV that cost well over a 1000 bucks...that we DONT use. you cost yourself a customer-because I've had my eyes on your OLEDs... but now I will go with Samsung qled or wait for their QDLED to come out. I may end up gifting this to someone-but even then-the remote doesn't work!!

    I've owned this tv for a few years and decided to move it into a room to replace a smaller tv. I really didn't use it in the other room so I was surprised how poor the picture and sound quality were. After a couple of months trying to find a possible correction using any settings I can find, I finally decide that this TV is almost unwatchable. Conversations are nearly impossible to understand and any scene other than a bright and sunny outdoors setting is an eyesquinting chore. I wish I would have known this earlier I probably would have gotten my money back.

To enhance the audio, we recommend checking the sound settings and possibly adjusting the equalizer or enabling features like Dolby Atmos if available.     Had this tv for 6 months before panal was giving our bad graying artifacts in dark seens. It's not well lit, has bad contrast and is not very color accurate. There are better TV's for the price. Either find a good TLC or just spend a few more bucks and step up in tv tier.

    Your TV is excellent. But, I am having difficulty in setting up online automatic payment plan on your Citi Card website. The Technical support is really bad and rude and left me no choice but to cancel my credit card and a loss of good customer for Best Buy
