It’s a great bedroom tv for winding down in the evening. Not meant for a super bright room. Good quality with good smart features

Only buy this if you have another content source that you'll plug into it. As a display it is fine. Big, thin, light - no real problems on that front. But the software is REALLY BAD, and as of July 2021 they are still missing apps for obvious things like Discovery+ and Peacock. And they make you jump through weird login hoops to use normal apps like Plex. I have another TV from a different Korean manufacturer that gives my no such troubles. I've also found that I get really jumpy content when I try to Airplay from my Mac, so that's yet another path blocked for me. I can pretty much only use it for Prime, Hulu, and Netflix :( Also even though I am using the matching LG soundbar the software does not figure out how to control the volume through the TV remote. WHY?

I visited the Northville showroom and I was not provided with the best option. I would like to replace one with 75 inch instead of 65 that I got.I will be a happy customer if you can get this replaced by delivering and taking back the one I got..

This TV was recommended by a sales associate over a Samsung model I was considering, primarily due to its response speed when changing channels. Everything works as promised! very satisfied with this purchase.

For years I considered what could be done to make our television more visible to all in our living room. The room is strange but the decision to get a bigger TV was great.

First time buying an expensive tv (over 1000 dollars) and I almost feek wrong even considering anything less now, this tv is truly magnificent.

Clear picture , great TV, but smart Tv menu , doesnt allow you to navigate freely through google playstore, make it hard to install apps , throw u out to internet website.

Tv worked awesome for 6 months. Now it constantly has server issues. It stays connected to the internet and I can stream shows from my current apps without issue. However I am unable to install any new apps. When I went online to try to see how resolve the issue, I have found this is a very common occurrence The remote takes getting used to as its like using a wii remote. I dislike aiming at the tv and watching the cursor move around. Not a TV I will purchase again

I love everything about this tv except one thing..... it sometimes has a delay between picture and sound. It is like watching an old show where the mouth moves but you do not hear the sound to later

Tv runs hot. Picture quality is good overall but the back light bleed is pretty obnoxious in dark settings.

From start to finish the process was flawless ! The customer service in house. The geek squad keeping you informed when they were coming. Perfect !

Very happy with the upgrade (previously had an LG as well from 2013), mainly use for sports and gaming and saw a big difference in video quality.

Dark screen with fire or lights created a "white effect at top and bottom of screen that followed the source light when camera moved...watched YOUTUBE video on how to solve the problem...it did...BUT, it just moved the white lights to the corners...became impossible to watch Also screen appeared matte and hazy instead of bright and crisp...I am tech savvy and love new great technology and keep up, but even I could not figure out what was wrong...took it back and even the staff said something is wrong...with that said, it was my 1st LG TV purchase...scared me off of them...so I went back to the tried and True Sony

Nice pic and all but wouldn't connect to internet? Returned it and went down a size and bought a Sony Bravia XR 95j 55" for 200 more.

It was a great purchase, very easy and the employees were very friendly.

Darker blacks than my Samsung but also a somewhat more processed display.
