Tv is great, I havent used many settings but the display and size is just what I wanted. I did have minor issues with Windows 10 and HDR, but I believe that to be an issue with Windows and not the TV itself.

When I took the first TV out of the box I found the screen was cracked. I took it back to the store and they exchanged the TV's without any problem. Good job Best Buy

So far I am loving this TV. I didn't have a great TV before so it is a big upgrade. I love the OS operating system and everything you can do with it. The magic remote is fun but takes a minute to get used to

We love this television. The picture resolution is fantastic. This television is perfect for a large family room. We paired ours with a LG soundbar. Watching movies is like being in a theater.

Very fast OS/menu systems on the TV and the "WiiMote" style cursor function is a game cahnger. I'm very happy with the purchase. Screen comes in "energy saving" mode, much better in "Vivid" mode.

The nanocell TV's are some of the best bang for buck on the market. Audio is great, panel is awesome. I own both the 85 and 90 series and would buy another if the need arises.

Easy curbside pick up. Tv setup fairly simple, bolts provided too short for Sanus mount that previous LG fit. I guess I expected more, but picture just good: still calibrating possibly. Switched from 1080.

Takes a while to get used to the weird lighting effects but I love this TV especially for gaming,especially considering it's huge size that doesn't necessarily lend itself well for gaming.

Not a bad tv but very little volume and like my last lg it has back light problems you can see lighter areas on the screen from the bottom as the image changes.

We love our LG - 65" Class 85 Series LED 4K UHD Smart TV. The sales representatives at Best Buy listened to our needs and preferences and set us up with everything we needed.

Was able to purchase this 65"smart TV as an open box and received $300 off, so that in itself made this an excellent deal. The WebOS feature and UI are very nice and easy to use.

It’s a great tv and it has Disney plus Hulu Netflix and Amazon prime pre-downloaded if you have any streaming service subscriptions

Awesome tv for the price. I wanted a oled tv but wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend that much . I was very impressed by this one. Nice colors and nice menu screen

Terrible local dimming (whether on high or off) and no support from LG. Cannot recommend.

Great TV. Picked this up to replace my older TV that broke on me while moving. Looks great super light. New OS on the TV is not as nice as the last version though.

Excellent TV. Over two years with no problems. Best TV I have had so far. I bought two of them.

I had high hopes for this TV but the edge lighting is the most horrendous thing I have ever witnessed in a $1K TV. It looked like spotlights were lighting up the edges of the screen.. It wasn't plugged in past the initial setup before I loaded it up and returned it. Spend a little bit more and go for the LG nano cell 90 or a Vizio P series.

Great experience with our purchase. Derek was very patient with us since we didn't know anything about the TVs. He took his time to explain the different types.

TV looked awesome in store but is really dim in home. I have been a loyal LG tv buyer for years but exchanged it for a Samsung.

This tv iis the petered upgrade from a Samsung 55' however : having to learn a whiole knew way of doing things is a bit tedious but worth the procure
