Good TV but not great picture quality

Found the picture to be unimpressive. Bought this TV without looking at critical reviews. Those reviews bore out my experience. Returned TV to Best Buy and purchased Sony 900H. More expensive but much better TV.

Will not buy another lg

But if you ever slightly touch screen be prepared to have to buy another tv. Picked up from base and right upper corner and now tv is now garbage. Extremely brittle

Frustrated

Read online that some settings needed to be changed. Adjusted the settings and it still did this. I have to say that this was only happening with YouTube TV on the webOS, which is what this Tv has. Called support and there was more settings to change. It has done this a few more times and I will be calling support soon. Also, while trying to watch Disney+, am receiving an error saying it is not available. I realize this is not the TV, but the app for webOS. What I am having issues it’s is that when purchasing a new TV and you have this many issues, it is quite frustrating.

Unhappy in PA

Picture is just average I was going to buy a sound bar but I'd rather not put any more money into my average TV .

The picture in 4k is disappointing and the sound is terrible, if you don't have a sound bar you will need one. Keep shopping.

Brightness issue must be addressed

Having black screen after 6 months

Now it randomly goes black. No rhyme or reason to why. I have to power it off and wait a few minutes then try to turn it back on. Also, when the picture changes images it starts off blurry, then after a second or two gets clear. I’m not impressed with this TV, especially for the price. I’m contacting LG to see if we can exchange under warranty.

Could be better
