save your money even though its 4k 120hz

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.had to return this tv yes it is cheap 4k 120hz tv ready for next gen gaming, but the colors, blacks and more is just poor everything seems to be blurry and the colors bleed espicially ast night in video games its unbearable i suggest saving up and buying a lg oled c1 or cx or c9 was really disappointed with it my old 1080 tv looked better with colors

Bad back lighting

I had to purchase a different TV, this one is sitting in the closet collecting dust. If it was not for the bleed through, would have been 5 stars. The TV I bought in place of this one has bad vertical banding, but it is still way better than light spots shinning through my picture bad in 5 different areas.

Avoid any Nano Cell LG TV

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This died in less than 12 months, and dealing with LG warranty has been a nightmare. I've been trying to get this fixed or replaced since July 2021. The first tech came out and replaced my screen (there was a vertical white line through the whole screen), but it didn't fix the issue. He said due to cost saving measures, LG is only replacing one part at a time, instead of the whole panel. The tech was at my house in September 2021, and my set is still not fixed. LG closed my ticket as repair completed, when they weren't supposed to. I fought with them for months to get another ticket opened or a new set. FINALLY in January 2022 they opened a new ticket. About two weeks ago a different company came to repair the set. They gave him a different part then they gave the first time, but guess what?? Not only did it not fix the TV it made it unwatchable!!! Now the new tech took my TV with him and is trying to get LG to send a new part. At this point I'm so frustrated and done with LG. Do yourself a favor and avoid their Nano Cell TV's at the very least.

Bleeding all over the place. HDR especially

So much bleed that you couldn’t watch a movie at night. It looked great during the day with a super bright room. The panel bleeds all over the letter box that it was just unwatchable. Don’t waste your time or money. I returned the next day.

Nanocell

In addition when I compare it against Samsung, it is behind Samsung performance. I would like to change back to the store and get a new Samsung TV.

Very unhappy

Finally excellent LG repairman located 20 minutes from our house came out and found issue with screen, ordered new one. New one arrived by semi truck and could not deliver up to house. When very nice repairman came back to install new part he worked for 2 hours and the part still did not correct issue actually made it worse. Now still waiting for new part/repair or other resolution, cannot watch tv
