We moved into a new house and needed a larger TV to fit the space.
We opted for this 65" OLED.
It is amazing thin and with great picture quality and zero lag overall.
Only downside is it is very fragile and should have extra care when unpacking as noted from LG.

Was not cheap, but 'm glad I purchased. kinda wish i had 75" instead of 65, but colors are great, HDR from ps4 is awesome. Only complaint is no access to ESPN app without using roku, or mirroring from phone, etc. (Samsung has in main app options ).

Great Viewing Experience in OLED

Purchased as open box, it was a great find. No scratches and all accessories were included. There was no box but it was fully clothed in bubble wrap. It was very thin on the edges, so moving it around made me worried, but it looks like the build quality is solid. Initial setup was easy, but it took me a few days of trial and error to get it to my desired picture quality. There was a lot of individual settings to manipulate and (this is subjective) I did not like the preset ones. Even if this is an entry level OLED screen, this was definitely an amazing viewing experience than the LEDs I was looking at, certainly tilts the OLED vs QLED debate to this TV's favor. The smart TV interface needs a little getting used to but is pretty straightforward. Sound quality is also great, so I am not thinking about any soundbar for now. All in all, a very good purchase for me.

The picture quality on this is a lot better than my Samsung UHD 7 series TV, BUT the Samsung is much more user friendly and easier to control, and it was super easy and quick to set up. Still happy I got the LG, though, because the picture looks awesome

I initially purchased the 55" version and was blown away by the picture quality and the features. I couldn't believe how small the TV dimensions were compared to my previous 8-year-old LG LCDTV. After two days I decided to return the 55" and instead step up to the 65" since it would fit in my space. I price matched the TV with Amazon and got it for $1846. What a deal. I was always annoyed with watching Dish Network or other programming on my older LG because of how the picture looked blurry and not clear enough for my standards. I assumed it was the Dish Network signal getting blown up that was causing the sub-par picture on my channels. After watching similar programming on this new OLED TV, it is SIGNIFICANTLY improved. I didn't think that was possible. Extremely happy. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

So great pictures on OLED TV. True black color. Once you try it, your definition of great pictures changes. Sound is ok. Apparently, everyone needs a soundbar nowadays.

We love the clarity of this t.v. The os is a bit clunky but it is o.k. The screen had to be replaced after a couple of months. LG sent someone to the house free of charge and replaced it under their warranty.

The new TV has a fantastic picture. There are so many features as a "Smart TV" that I am enjoying moving up the learning curve in figuring out how they work, or even what they are. The guys who installed the set, Joe and Dave, spent time in going over all thebasics about the set, as well as cleaning up everything before they left.
I was called three days in a row telling me the order had been cancelled (mostly incorrectly) and part of my order was incorrectly cancelled which was frustrating. I spent hours correcting that .... but that is another story.

The quality of the picture and colors really cannot be compared to other TVs. The black and dark colors are perfect. I’m very happy with this purchase. Best Buy’s delivery and haul away service made the purchase even better.

If you want the best picture, get an OLED. Just spend the extra money, it’s worth it. Set up was fast and easy. I paired with an LG sound bar & couldn’t be happier.

I really like this tv a lot. My husband and I got it for each other for christmas. It is easy to use, the picture is great. If the power goes off it resets itself without any trouble. I am so glad that we got it.

Nearly two years later and I still love this TV! The blacks and the thinness of the TV are what blow me away. The OLEDs literally turn off to create the black.

This tv is beautiful. The colors are bright, and the picture is like real life, but I am not sure it's worth the large expense. If I could go back, I would purchase a basic UHD TV.

We upgraded from a low end 3-year old LG LED TV which had died the day before Thanksgiving. Replaced with 65" OLED B9 series 4K UHD TV which has transformed our viewing experience - DirecTV and streaming services.

The picture quality is excellent. OLED smokes LCD on viewing angle. Sound is also excellent for TV speakers. I have only owned it for 6 hours but so far its been fun to mess around with. The WebOS is much better than I expected. Connection to Alexa was easy and works well. For what is considered entry level to OLED I am very impressed. Im an average 50 year old home enthusiast with high expectations and feel good about this purchase.

I just purchased and LG OLED TV which I've had my eye on for some time. However, I could never justify the price. Best Buy had a $500 off sale and it was time. I'm still learning the ins and outs of the remote but so far it is a great TV. And it's incredibly thin. I have it mounted on the wall over a fireplace so it makes it a little difficult to reach the inputs which are located pretty far in from the side. The picture is beautiful and I was blown away by the sound quality. I use an external amplifier and speakers but when I compare the on board sound it's hard to tell the difference. It doesn't have all the picture controls I'd like and the HDR is darker than I like but overall this is going to be a great TV.

Background was looking for a tv for my new home that has my man cave (finally). After getting it installed the picture was better than anything that i've seen. I am so used to seeing the tv on the floor and once you get home its not as clear as it was on the floor because they have the best signal and showing the best video. Not in this case, the picture matched what I saw.
Now only downside is maybe I will figure it out later. When you turn the tv on it automatically goes to the antenna/cable. Since I don't have either (stream my services) it is annoying cause you get that initial static sound in the morning which can be loud.
Installation and setup was otherwise easy.

We needed to replace our bedroom TV due to lack of compatibility with Hulu Plus. Used this as an excuse to finally get an OLED TV. We have 3 Samsung QLED TVs and this TV beats them hands down on all aspects. Due to us having a large bedroom I opted for a 65 inch and we don't use a soundbar and the overall sound quality is surprisingly solid. The processor within is probably the best I've seen as you can turn it on and be streaming in seconds.
Have used it for streaming, PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, and Cable. All of them have superior picture quality and expansive options to get the best out of the picture. I don't even feel the need to calibrate it with as great as the picture is.

It was time for an upgrade. The 55" Samsung was fine in our old house, but when we moved, the new room asked for something larger. Thankfully my wife agreed that instead up just going bigger get the best quality possible. We are filmmakers, so we have a professional interest in seeing things as realistically as possible. Wow. There is a noticeable depth to the images that even a great LCD wasn't getting for us. Also even without a sounder, the sonic quality it pretty good. The motion sensing remote is taking a little time to get used to and I turned off the live motion right away (I know some people like it, I find it troubling) but,all in all, I enjoy every minute watching this screen.
