LG OLEDTV was delivered and set up by Geek squad. I have had the TV for one month and it is performing well. This tv has the best picture of any tv I have owned and I have not had the tv picture calibrated by Geek Squad yet. Best feature for me is that the picture quality is the same at all viewing angles.

I've been very impressed with this TV. Out of the box I was already impressed with its performance and required very little fine tuning. The black is true black. Watching Netflix with Dolby Vision has been a new and exciting experience. By far the best TV I've ever owned. Along with my purchase I got a Denon Reciever and 2 additional speakers to support Dolby Atmos which has added to the experience. No regrets what so ever. I highly recommend it.

We love our new OLED 65”TV. My Husband and I picked it up at the store. Brought it home and had it installed in just a few hours. We purchased the premium Sanus wall mount. We just followed the instructions. We also watched the video. We bought a premium sound bar which was not available in store at the time and had no problems connecting it when it arrived by mail two days later. The picture quality is awesome. Operation is easy.

The TV picture is amazing. Everything the reviews mention. Whether that is worth the premium cost, is an individual decision. The only negative is that this TV has the mounting holes at the bottom of the TV rather than centered. We had previously renovated the living room, set lumber in the wall for the bracket, etc. Hanging the TV on the existing bracket puts it up near the ceiling. Moving the bracket, we might not hit studs, would have to spackle and paint the old holes. So, it is a lot of unnecessary work if you want to mount this on a wall that already had a wall mount on it. Just be aware that if you already have a wall bracket, and buy this TV, you will have to patch and paint some holes.

The picture is amazing, the tv is slim and beautiful. But the hbo app, hbo go, doesn’t work on LG. I have to cancel subscription, then get a new subscription through Hulu. Annoying but not huge issue.

I moved up to the LG OLED 65 inch from a 5 year old Samsung 55 inch model and the difference is amazing. This set has the best picture I have ever seen which is easily the most important aspect of a Large Screen TV. I don't use the sound as I already have an ATMOS surround setup and I only used the menus for initial setup, which was a breeze. Looks great in all lightning conditions, I am very happy with this purchase.

Color depth and brightness and picture quality on this set is incredible. Definitely some fine tuning to be done in settings to get the best picture for each input and usage situation, but it's hard to compare this with anything else on the market. Important side note: To take advantage of Dolby Atmos with the SJ9 sound bar, you'll need to route an HDMI cable from HDMI 2 (ARC) to the sound bar, not an optical cable!

The professional reviewers were nearly unanimous that this TV produced the best picture quality, and they were not wrong. The 4K picture pops out of the screen. The panel is super thin and was easily attached to the base. I like how there are several picture brightness and quality options at the touch of a remote button. It is easy to increase the picture brightness during the day, and tone the picture down at night.

TV was easy to set up. Beautiful design for any location.

This TV exceeds my expectation even for an OLED TV. The picture is stunning in any background light. The adjustments available make it even better than I had hoped. The only caution relates to streaming 4K video. I had known that significant bandwidth was needed and quickly found that I needed a range extender to achieve the 25Mbs transfer rate. Once this was done, I can't think of any better TV for the price.
