Amazing TV!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got the c7 65”, extremely happy with it so far. After turning off eco mode the picture’s vibrant colors stand off the screen. Not only do I have a beast of a gaming PC wired to it but all consoles and Everything plays and looks great. Operating the TVs menus are beyond simple as the remote also functions like a Nintendo wii mote with a on screen pointer, bundle this with also being a voice enabled remote makes searching for content on all apps a breeze. Quick voice search for weather or tides table or scores...simple. Loading from app to app is fast and easy as well as switching seemlessly between devices. HDR content is beautiful. I would normally not purchase from Best Buy as the service I received many years ago was terrible, however as oppsosed to buying online I did a pickup in store and was hassle free. Knowing I have the store to return or exchange it to as an option for such a pricey item had real value in it for me. I consider myself tech savvy so picking this one out was my own research. I’d recommend OLED to all! As far as response I play everything from pubg to BF and cod, and have an extensive collection from retro to current. This tv makes them all look the way you’d expect a tv like this to make it look. Buy this tv!!!

Buy the Benltey of TV's
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is amazing. When they say it is the only TV with "true" blacks, they mean it. I still sometimes think my TV is off when switching between things. The colors are phenomenal and is the perfect size and quality. If I have to give it drawbacks, I would say obviously the price is steep and it is too advanced for today's programming. Netflix has a 4K package which I immediately got because of the TV and while it looks great, it's not amazing. You really have to find things that are native 4K to appreciate it's potential. None the less, I did my homework and looked at a lot of TV's and if you want to set yourself up for the future of entertainment, this is the one!

Exceptional OLED TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best overall performing TV I've owned. Previously used a Panasonic VT plasma then most recently a Sharp Elite, the LG combines the best qualities of these previous two with little faults of its own. Pros: perfect black levels with no blooming, excellent screen uniformity, no visible DSE on wide panning shots, HDR and Dolby vision color saturation is stunning, "HDR effect" setting will bring SDR 1080i/p sources to life, on board speakers actually sound decent (although a surround system is still ideal). Cons: slight motion judder, some people report banding in low greyscale although I haven't noticed this at all in any real world content (only on 5% gradient slides) Overall: Easily the best performing TV available and at a good price range compared to competition.

Amazing TV!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is freaking amazing! the depth of colors, contrast, and true black + HDR make this set shine. The TV is capable of utilizing Dolby Vision as well as HDR10 which is nice as I prefer the Dolby Vision myself. The price is still ridiculously high but you get what you pay for. Xbox One games look amazing as do newer 4k blu-rays. If you have money to burn and want one of the best TV's available on the market, get this!

Amazing TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our 15 year old Samsung LCD was on it's last leg and began developing lines and static that was becoming unbearable to watch. So, when we decided to pull the trigger on a new TV, I did a lot of research. I read about the OLED TVs from LG - they are a pioneer in the technology and mostly have a monopoly on the technology. I was considering a Samsung QLED, a Sony and a few others. When I went to the Best Buy store to check them out, there were some amazing 4K TVs, but the LG OLED sets stood out so much from every other set that it was difficult to appreciate any of the others. I decided to send my wife back in to get her opinion without and prep on my own opinions so she could tell me which one she thought was the best. Hands down, she said the LG. While they cost more than many other sets, there's just a huge difference. We left with the 55" C7P set. Once we got it home, we were blown away by how amazing it looked compared to the previous Samsung (which was a top-end set in it's day). Our only regret was not getting the 65" - we struggled with the decision since it was $1000 more, but we ended up going back and swapping it for the 65" and haven' looked back since. Everything looks amazing on it - any common HD signal upscaled and looks far better on this 4K set. Even DVDs look very good. The blacks are just... off. That's how good they are - you can't tell the difference from the set being off or having a black background. Colors pop and are more vibrant. And 4K content is just unreal. I HIGHLY recommend this set. There isn't another set on the market that looks as good as these LGs. They are pricy, but completely worth it!

Stunning picture quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of the highest quality TV's I have ever experienced. Every year the LG OLED technology gets more refined. This is the model that finally has it all. Incredible black levels, bright enough for most rooms, HDR effect mode works great, low input lag for gaming, slim high-end form with quality metal stand. They have addressed issues from previous years and created something great. The first movie I watched on this was John Wick 2 and I set it to HDR mode. The Dark scenes and bright highlight lighting were made for a TV like this. I would recommend this LG OLED to anyone who wants the best.

Superb picture. black is BLACK!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.65" size is great for NFL games, western scenery, city scenes, European travel and art. etc. Picture so sharp it looks like 3D. Blacks are so black they make everything else look better. OLED is everything they say it is. My Bose soundbar is wonderful (especially on voices) but the TV's sound was better than I expected.

Terrific TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this to replace our Samsung 2011 Plasma TV. We couldn't be happier. The colors are vivid. The blacks are stunning. OLED is really the best tv technology currently available. The LG software isn't as intuitive as Samsung but we're getting used to it. The hardware seems well designed. Note though that, if you use the table stand, it is a hollow upside-down V, so hiding cables can be challenging. The Netfilx and Amazon buttons on the remote are very convenient, too. We were even able to get rid of our Amazon Fire box. Highly recommended.

Like the OLED 4K picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this TV about 3 months and I am happy with its flexibility. I bought OLED for the black levels but I'm also pretty happy with the brightness levels this TV can produce. This TV seems capable of handling gaming needs and the 4K picture is good for Netflix 4K and I really like it when I'm playing a Ultra 4K blue ray. Overall I'm happy with this TV and think it should stay up with future advancements for a while. I liked that it has the flexibility to play Dolbyvision as I am hopeful that standard will become more prevalent.

Met Expectations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been reading reviews and looking at TVs for the last 6 months and after all that research everything lead me to this TV. I have now had it for two weeks and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The blacks are perfect, the unit is plenty bright for a room in bright sunlight and the colors are dynamic, The features and Web OS are excellent, easy to use and setup. I highly recommend this TV

Probably the best TV available
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic picture, love those black blacks! Love watching HDR content on YouTube, Amazon and Netflix. I was leaning toward the Sony OLED, but hated the base that angles the TV away from you and I wasn't interested in vibrating the screen for audio. My only complaint about the LG is that the magic remote can't control my AVR receiver.

Great TV, but still not perfect!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own a 75 Samsung Q9FN that is awesome!! It offers great color volume, HDR, and almost perfect blacks. The LG offers perfect blacks and great overall picture quality but is not as bright as the Samsung. I have had many Different TV’s and this LG is great and in the top 3. We still haven’t arrived to perfect picture quality yet as we are probably a couple of years away from combining the perfect blacks of OLED with the brightness and color volume of QLED. Banding has still not been eliminated with either technology so there is plenty of room for improvement there also. The LG C7 is an excellent TV and one of the best TV’s available. The Samsung Q9FN gets a slight edge though. Either TV would be a great choice however for the price, the C7 is the better value.

Best picture ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best tv picture I have ever seen. Clarity is top notch, the black levels are incredible, and the colors are rich and vibrant. Even my wife who "can't tell the difference with HD" was impressed by the infinite black and what it does to improve the picture quality. I don't even want to watch any of my other tvs anymore because they all look washed out. This set improves the quality of all content. I have AT&T U-verse cable and the only resolution options are 720p or 1080i. These do not look great when upscaled, but that is a limitation of the content and not the tv itself (which still improves upon the colors). Everything else in 1080p and 4k looks amazing: gaming on Xbox One S and PS3, blu rays and 4k blu rays, streaming...everything has that "wow" factor. The built-in apps are fast and easy to use. I prefer to use things like Netflix through the tv as opposed to the Xbox or anything else since the tv supports Dolby Vision which makes a noticeable difference. I am very pleased with this purchase and my only complaint is that it costs too much for me to be able to justify buying 2 more.

Incredible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG OLEDs have incredible picture quality. I'm normally a Samsung loyal electronics buyer but I watched an LG OLED movie and was hooked. Research the product to learn how the blacks are blacker than other LED technologies. The 'smart' features are incredible too. I love the remote that works just like a mouse. Finally, note the screens are the same technology regardless of the model type so the price point is dependent on other features but not on picture quality.

Cinematic excellence
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My primary purpose for this purchase was gaming, followed by movies. When I game I prefer an immersive and visually stunning experience over a smaller faster "pro player" tv. This tv continues a month on to exceed my expectations. Visually, it is as gorgeous as the input signal will allow and even 1080p looks new again. More importantly it performs with fluid perfection, even with some processing effects turned on. I have yet to see it fail to keep up with whatever content I feed it. No tearing, no rogue pixels due to processing effects and a truly admirable latency for a tv of this size. The only con I have found is a personal one, it's so thin and has no bezel around the screen that it's nerve wracking to move or mount up. Definitely a 2 person lift, not due to weight, but rather due to risk of bending the screen. Aside from the base with the hardware in it, most of the screen depth is only 1/4 to 1/3 the width of my thumb.

The best TV I've ever purchased.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing picture quality. Love the colors and inky blacks that this TV can produce. You don't realize what you have been missing out until you purchase it. Can't go back to LCD/LED TVs after owning this set. The HDR/Dolby Vision looks phenomenal and should be one of the reasons to upgrade to 4K as these features make a much higher difference than the increase in resolution, the true game changer.

Lg C7
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing tv for the price. Paired with a Xbox One X for quapity that is uncontested. The remote for the tv even functions one like a wii which was nice. No issues after a month of ownership. The blacks are super dark and there is no “burn in” issue as has been sparsely reported through other sites. Used a setup guide on reddit to get the Xbox to fully sync with the tv allowing for HDR10 and Dolby Vision

Best TV I've Ever HAd
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this TV to enjoy 4k gaming on our PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. After a week of reviews and stats, this is the one that stood out head and shoulders above the rest. The clarity of the picture and the color palate are unreal. HDR10 makes everything pop! The biggest bonus is the lack of lag playing games. I could've waited for this year's models, but the price and specs were right for now.

Great TV, excellent picture quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this tv after shopping for a 4K for months. Decided to take the plunge into OLED and have not been disappointed. The OS on the tv takes some getting used to, and the ads are annoying but can be disabled. I wish that there was more overall support for apps as I use movies anywhere, and something other than sling for streaming tv that would be nice to use native and not through a stick. I am still using the sound on the TV and I have to say that even mounted the television is plenty loud. Bass is not as good as what you will find in a proper sound set up but it is acceptable for most use cases. The only issue I have is due to a window in the room I have to turn the brightness up on the screen during certain times of day and the glare can be distracting during gaming. During regular tv use its not bad at all. Games look amazing, especially if you have a system that supports HDR. Upscaled games still look much better than on 1080, especially if they use HDR for colors. Native 4K content looks absolutely gorgeous. I picked up a 4k player on sale and used it on both Wonder Woman and Black Panther. Both movies take advantage of HDR and look amazing on the tv. This tv is also one of the few that supposts Dolby Vision, which in some circles is seen as being an improvement upon HDR. All in all, you cannot go wrong with this tv. Highly recommend the purchase.

Best TV ever owed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After purchasing ths TV, was amazed on the picture quality. The picture quality is amazing. Unbelievable black levels and color causes everything to pop. Standard definition is upscaled and 4k is mind blowing. No signs of burn in or image retention. Unfortunately I had to exchange it for a 55” because it was too big for my family room.
