||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did lots of research and saw a few reports of this problem. The HDMI ports can’t handle 4K input. If I send true 4K to the LG to any of the HDMI ports the unit will go to flashing black and grey screen within 10 to 15 minutes. 4K streaming using the internal Amazon or Netflix works great. Picture is fantastic if you disable power saver. But when I attach the “LG 4K DVD player that was part of the bundle or try to attach my new 4K Apple TV, it crashes every time. Need to power cycle the LG to get the picture back. I’m going to spend the extra $ and get the Sony OLED instead. FYI, I upgraded to new expensive HDMI CABLES, tried two brands. Updated all software. Problem still exists. I tried everything because I don’t want to have to go through the hassle of uninstalling and returning. I really wanted this to work but I’m giving up.
