BB violated manufacturer TV transport directions

Did not find out about requirement until after I got home and looked at owner's manual info. Wrote to BestBuy requesting a phone call - but never got phone call

Dont buy any other TV!

This LG OLED is Incredible! you will NOT be disappointed! Everything that is said about it is true.. just an incredible viewing experiance. Spend the extra $$ and get this TV!!

Only tv close to my Samsung plasma!

I bought a Qled and did not like the "invented" picture! Lesson learned. That being said, the remote on the LG is a ridiculously stupid design! Actually made it upside down! Samsung remote rules!

Very Nice Picture

His only answer turned out to be wrong. Since I’m retired from TV business and know maybe more than he does. He implied I didn’t know what I was doing. I wouldn’t buy candy from him in future.

Great TV for vividness and color

I had this TV for approximately 1 1/2 years. It then developed a color disfiguration on the TV. Geek Squad came out evaluated the problemand decided to replace the TV. I'm glad I went with BB and purchased an additional warraty

Colors are limited to the recording capability, so what you get is what was recorded. Great buy, will set the standard for HDTV to come...
