No matter what I was getting this model!! But thanks to this store it was so much easier to get since it was an open box!!$

I love this television and the LG products. Best Buy has a great selection and lots of LG products to choose from!!

It is a 4K OLED TV set while majority of shows are still HD 1080p so to get full effect of 4K one needs to upgrade or improve internet for speed, programming like Netflix, 4 k DVR, upgrade home theatre receivers. So it adds up.

One of the best TV's I've ever had. Had to take a star off because of some burn in on the screen. I had the service plan and Best Buy did a straight replacement. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Not sure it gets better than this. Very pleased with purchase and Best buy !!

So far I would Give this TV high ratings on all counts. It’s a great T V with an amazing high resolution picture.

My only complaint is that only one audio output option van ne active at a time and no headphone output jack.

Does not matter how much technology they put behind LED they can’t match the picture quality of OLED.

I am 100% completely satisfied with my new LG 65 inch television set.

while watching football you can see details with color contrast better than being their live in person

Only regret is that my cable service doesn’t broadcast in 4K to take full advantage of OLED technology.

I bought this to prep for my ps4 and this tv is awesome for gaming

I bought a 55" LED 9 Years Ago,Never had One problem. I buy this 65" OLED a little over a Year and A Half ago. A Green Square appeared in the middle of the Screen. It's been a little under a month Since the initial Panel was Ordered. If I didn't have The Insurance,I Would be out of a $5K TV. Geek Squad told Me they Have 30 Days to Send a Replacement Panel. If those 30 days are Up and No Panel is installed I Get a New TV. Only catch is, It Exhausts my INSURANCE through GEEK SQUAD. So I have to Purchase a New Insurance Plan.

TV does not come with a user manual. No online manual. You have to explore and learn by trial and error. Factory default set for a very dim energy saving picture. Why??? Was ready to return it for a refund for this reason but on the 3rd day I discovered this setting error by accident while exploring in the menus. I think there may be some kind of "tutorial" that will not run on a mobile device. For me that would mean I would have to move my desktop PC to the TV or the TV to the desktop, not happening. Good set but would never recommend. May still opt to return it.

Really enjoying this TV. Sound is weak on tv, but no worry, as hooked up to excellent audio system
