the TV is of a superior quality. I am having some issues on the sound

Loud buzzing sound when the TV is on without a source powered up.

not as sharp as i thought it would be. good picture otherwise.

If I could return this TV and choose another I would. This TV is sensational for DOLBY VISION and HDR source material (what tv isn't, really?) but it is absolutely horrendous when it comes to reproducing content from SDR sources like a cable box. The cable source picture you get from the LG OLED C7P is flat, grainy, and almost unwatchable at times. It's brutal for watching televised sports. This TV is definitely down from the to the Samsung 4K UHD TV I purchased from Best Buy a few years ago.

Best blacks were still not up to my standards. I returned for Sony A1E which is slightly less bright but does everything else better, love the Sony and no vertical bands of issues with near blacks

Do not buy this unit! Had it for 13 months and then had image burn all the way across the bottom half of the screen! Geek squad came to check it out, I had bought the extended warranty, and they couldn’t do anything. Went into store to view options and noticed that in the magnolia room, every single LG tv had the same image burn! Don’t know how they could sell those units in good faith. Anyway, bypass this unit!

Great picture! Enjoying this TV, so far so good. OK.

The Panasonic that I had perfected by the geeks had 5 streaks in the center for a year and died this year -so I bought this Samsung oled -we will see what happens

not sure what all the hype is for. nice tv but not sure it’s worth $3000 lots of bells and whistles but quality may be lacking here.

The picture color is ok honestly isn't as sharp as some of the other 4K tv's that were less expensive. Definite buyers remorse.

We ordered our new TV by phone and picked it up at Best Buy. We came home and installed it. Works beautifully. No issues ordering or picking it up. Best Buy is the BEST!!

I have been having some issues with loosing tv signal to hdmi ports.

I purchased for a gift to my clients and that was priced well

I have had two of these now and both have had failed hdmi connections. Will be purchaisng a sony now as same picture but no manufacturing issues. DO NOT BUY lg tv. Buy the same picture in a better made product in sony

Watching sports are not terrific the ball goes ghost

This is a great TV but three years later issues, I bought this TV in 2017, and I bought Square trade warranty thinking something happened they would cover it. I now have a burn in issue and square quick trade won’t help, I am going to call LG see if they will help even though the warranty period is over. For the price of this theory I should not be having any issues I strongly do not suggest this TV

I will never buy another LG product. The tv has a connection called HDMI-ARC, that is made to output high quality sound to a soundbar. The sound on low def works great, anything with high def sound the sound cuts out. Before I bought I read 100's of reviews all good. Now if you look it up LG has known about this problem since the tv was introduced and refuses to fix it. You can get the same class and size tv in another brand for half the price and the amazing part is IT WILL WORK!

suppose to install , they left! expect pregnant women to do so. its not acceptable , I choose home installing . I did in purpose.

It’s a great tv but oled is too dark for me. Missing a lot of picture details in dark scenes.
