    Worst TVs ever

I recently purchased an open box 65 OLED TV and noticed vertical lines in the screen during light grey and white images. I contacted LG and they said they would cover it and asked me to connect through their telepresence app. They took photos, a manager approved that an LG authorized dealer would come to check the TV, after all the work they say the TV is too old and it hasn't been even 2 years since the release. I purchased it a few days ago. LG can care less about their customers. They build an expensive TV, poor quality and they do not provide any support to its WebOs software, why if a TV is not even a year old, it should not receive updates to its operating system? I purchased another OLED TV and I am returning that one too before I'm stuck with another bad TV and no support from LG. I will share my experience in every site I find an OLED and make sure no one experiences the same issue. I suggest you check YouTube before you buy about all the issues you will find with this TV and don't be blindsided by the blacks on this TV, try Sony OLED.

    Beware of burn in issues

This TV has significant burn in issues after 8 months of use. Burn issues were supposed to be resolved with the added pixel refresher and screen shift in the C7 series design. LG will not warranty it and was not covered in the Geek Squad protection plan even though it states “Pixel Repair and Burn-In Coverage for TVs, We'll get your screen back to pristine condition if your pixels start looking weird or a shadow image sticks” and they still won’t cover it.

    Started great, turned to JUNK

TV has been nothing but problems. Green blob on screen is known issue and had to battle to get LG to fix. They made that change and now the new screen has black line of pixels out and just powers down off after 15 minutes. LG says sorry, not our issue. TV was $2800, should last more than a few years. Have Samsung TV's that are 8 years old and still look new. Will get a new Samsung QLED. Shame on LG for such poor Customer service on a high end TV.

    Junk, DO NOT BUY LG

Bought LG OLED65C7 TV in Feb 18. only use TV 6 months of the year. this Tv now has 3 Green dots across the lower part of the screen and other "ghost" marks on the screen. I own three other tvs that range from 6-10yrs old that all work great. one Sony and two Samsung. LG was by far the most expensive. failing after 1.5 years of actual use is unacceptable. A few years ago I had LG appliances and they also were garbage compared to the Whirlpool appliances that I "upgraded" from. I think LG is short for Lousy Garbage

    Bad image burn in

After six months of normal viewing I have two CNN news logos burnt in the screen. Geek squad tech talked to LG service rep to find they have no fix for problem, much to his surprise and mine. Bad products should be boycotted. We are very disappointed, Best Buy should take this tv back

We bought this LG 4K tv in Nov 2016, it was fine, 2 weeks after the warranty ran out, so did the tv, will not even turn on anymore. 1 year & 2 weeks, now it is worthless. LG just said too bad, no compensation. Will never buy another tv or other appliance from LG again. Over $2000 for this tv & now it is junk.

    Sound issues

Sound will completely cut off when switching from Netflix and then back to satellite tv. They know this is an issue and admitted it to me on the phone with LG tech support. They say They should have a fix in a few weeks that was all they could say. They also said they don't know if the fix will even solve the issue. Customer support was terrible and very vague on the sound issue.

    Bad customer service

I bought a high end OLED TV only to have an image burn in. Since I waited past a year they are not covering the damage. Also the image is disappointing. The blacks and dark scenes have a lot of distracting video noise. It is very annoying when you are trying to enjoy a movie. I will never buy an LG again. My Samsungs never had an issue. Much more reliable.

Lasted about 3 years before image burn-in. Not worth the money if OLED screens only lasts a few years.
