My wife would tell you I searched the internet for a long time before making up my mind. I'm glad I did. Reading the other reports was very helpful. Cannot understand why some people put down the remote as bad but I like it. AND, Best buy came thru with the best price as well. thank you all Best Buy.

Bright colors, great sound.

I'm only using the basic apps, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube and all but still the menu is a little sluggish. What do I need to do to have a responsive TV o/s, I don't know. Also the menu is not very user friendly. I would expect it to be basic to navigate. There are too many buttons on the remote, that we'll never use. Colors are bright, sound is really good. Overall I'm happy with it. This is not my first LG product and I will probably buy another.
