Outstanding picture and sound quality. I have another 65” LG that is the model just below the OLED that we purchased a few years ago and this model is so close you can’t hardly tell the difference. 100% satisfied and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality flat screen TVs at a great price!

this is the second LG TV I have purchased in the last year. Great picture and features. Easy to setup. I also purchased the LG 300W sound bar and sub. Simply plugged it in, set the TV audio to Optical and it worked perfectly. Love the combination

I got this because this was one of the best tvs rated by Consumer Reports, sure there may be others that are better, but do I really want to pay 2-4 times the price of this tv for a tv that is only a little better? I don't think so. The sound is great, and the picture quality is amazing

Great picture and sound. Certain shows have that almost real like your there quality. Like watching Hallmark the picture quality is very good!

I love my new TV so far. It was easy for my sons to put up on my current mount that previously helad my 55 in TV. The TV has a great picture and is easy enough that my mother can use it without any real complaint which is the point. So far so good, I will update this review if my feelings change at all.

I got this as an open box item. Met our expectations perfectly. Easy to move, set up, plug in. The whole set up process was easy as well, just followed the prompts on the screen. Got this for my dad as a replacement for a 65inch projection tv that went out and it is great. He loves it.

We bought this about a month ago and have been pretty happy with it. The picture is great and so far no issues. One minor thing is that since we turned off the wifi on the TV, whenever we turn it on it does an automatic restart - every single time. Not sure if the problem is with the TV or something we did during set up. Other than that - its been a good buy.

My husband and I bought this TV to replace our 50 inch in the Living Room. It has a beautiful picture and great sound. The only thing that is a bit weird is that sometimes the speakers make a popping noise but it does not affect sound or functionality

Walked into Best Buy just to look, what I saw was a sea of SMART TV'S, my gaze landed upon this LOVELY LG UHD TV, and you know what, IT GAZED BACK AT ME...Not like that but, like that.. LOVE THE LG SMART 65, got all the BELLS and WHISTLES

Does not do voice commands with Alexa. The color and sound is wonderful.

I took away one star for the lack of good documentation and being subjected to an poorly written on line manual like most electronic purchases. This resulted in additional hours of setting up the tv the way I wanted. Once I got through that I was able to get an outstanding picture equal to sets costing much more. The tv is a bargain for what you get.

(LG - 65" Class UN7000 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV). The picture looks great! The first one we ordered came with the screen smashed, but Best Buy took that one back, and delivered another one. The return process was quick.

Great experience from purchase to installation. We weren’t sure which TV we should purchase but the young sales person guided us & he was right. The Geek Squad made the delivery & walked us through the instructions. Great experience.

I absolutely love this tv. It comes pre downloaded with several apps that are common for tv watchers, like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, HBO, and more. You can even download apps. I don’t have cable, but you can’t download the spectrum app. The picture is clear and crisp and worth every penny.

This TV its amazing! I like the colors and all the hdmi ports (even though i ran out because i had too many things). I paired with my vizio sound bar and its just amazing. I even got someone else to buy one as well. Def recommend
