I didn’t realize the process for getting into the store but I certainly appreciated it (friendly employee stopped me at door, asked how they could help, directed me to customer service to get tv). 2 super nice employees brought tv out to my car and loaded it. Everyone was masked and friendly. Good experience. The LG tv itself? Meh. We have another LG and love it, picture is clear, smart apps are easy to use. This one is not as good in all of those regards even though we purchased the other one 3 years ago. Price was right though!!

WebOS is the BEST!
