    The picture is great and the sound is great. The operating system is GARBAGE!! You've got a subscription to HBO and want to watch it? Not a chance on this TV!!* Oh, but surely the MLB.TV app works? Nope. Not a chance. This TV doesn't support it. The things that do work are Hulu, Prime, Disney+, and Netflix. The real treat with this TV is when you put it on the home screen. If you don't have your TV hooked to cable, you get loud static. What a dream! You get your very own sound machine and snowstorm - FOR FREE!!! Honestly, this TV doesn't offer pretty much any app that I'd use. So, if you don't give a rat's A about apps, this is your TV. If you like to select from a wide range of applications, go with something else. *You can watch your app if you have the app on your phone and cast it to the TV. MLB network is tough because it thinks you're infringing on some copyright, but everything else works if you like to lose phone battery while watching TV and using twice the internet.

    Love the tv. But, the touchless delivery at the best buy store is a mess. Either it takes too long to get notified your item is ready or you get notified the item is ready and you get there and it is not ready. I went inside on 2 different items after waiting outside and then spent 30 more minutes inside. You are better off to go into the store and buy it like we used to before co-vid.
