Also have problem with the remote control it’s very slow to change

One I had went bad, it was a hardware issue and the only fix is to replace a major part within the TV. Manufacturer nor BestBuy would cover it because it was past one year, and it only happens to a small percentage of TVs. I did purchase it again, and so far there are no issues.
