Installation and GEEK Squad staff did not provide much instruction on the operation of the controller. Had to remind them to install my DVD which was in plane site. Had problems using coupon incentives using new Best Buy credit card. I will not use this credit card in the future because of this issue.

On solid black screens you can see a white light from each corner. My other HD screens don’t do this. Spend more money and get a better quality screen. We will be moving this one to a spare bedroom instead of using as our main TV. The applications that are offered on this smart TVs is exceptional. It has access to more apps than any of my other smart TVs.
