    Nice tv but not that durable. Tv had a slight dent on the back in the frame fresh out the box. Was disappointed but it still works just hope it doesn’t go out on me.

    I’ve had this TV for almost a year. I regret the purchase every day. I wish I had just spent the extra money on a Samsung. The Wi-Fi always seems to disconnect (only from this tv). I consistently have to unplug the TV because it freezes often and makes an obnoxious buzzing noise. Lastly, it doesn’t have Bluetooth (creature comfort coming from Samsung).

    You use geek squad, they are undependable and cost me a days pay waiting for them to deliver and set-up tv. Best buy didn't even try to make it right, sorry service

    Great buy. Great installation. Very bad follow up. Could not get paper work, recites or make Contact with human voice that cared. I am telling all my friends.

    The interface is not intuitive. We are unable to download espn + and the screen is not not even in lighting.

    INFORMATION PROVIDED AT STORE WAS NOT TRUE AND I LANDED UP TO LOOSE MY 10% DISCOUNT ON THE ITEM. MOREOVER, WHEN SPOKEN WITH MANAGER SHE WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP MUCH AND REDIRECTED TO CUSTOMER CARE. CUSTOMER CARE PERSON REDIRECTED BACK TO MANAGER. SO I WAS ROAMING BETWEEN MANAGER AND CUSTOMER CARE WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION. HOWEVER PRODUCT IS OKAY WORST SERVICE I EVER SEEN

    We got this tv home and it had 2 right legs...ans of course the stores were L all closed. The tv worka great..just diaappointed about the legs.

    This TV only have optical audio output, do not support blue tooth or any other way to connect a headphone. Their tech support is useless, apparently they are out sourced to some one do not speak English. You can hardly understood what they are talking about, Besides, they do not know what they are talking about. In addition to the above this TV do not come with a owners manual. So if you want to buy this TV, Good luck , you are on your own.

    This TV is good except that it can look pretty grainy at times. I haven't figured out how to fix this yet. The speakers are loud.

    Tv stopped working a week after purchasing luckily it happened within a 15 day period because that’s the return dead line... and also what kind of new tv doesn’t even have a Regular audio out port or a headphone port. I was always a fan of LG until this tv. Picture was great while it lasted tho. Definitely wouldn’t repurchase.

    Spectrum cable buyers beware. You cannot get the spectrum app on LG TVs. If you get this, you’ll need to buy a monthly subscription for a box. The tv itself is average. It has difficulty focusing. The live tv is very blurry. It gets better when you’re watching movies on apps like Disney or Netflix. The ease of use is also complicated. It’s not as easy as most smart TVs. Overall, not really impressed.

    The color is not as good as my other television & when I try to stream from my iPhone it takes a while or doesn’t connect at all. Also I can’t not put HBO Max app on the television.

    This tv was an open box purchase. The worst experience ever. The box stated the TV was in "excellent" condition. After getting the TV home; waiting for cable installment to find out the TV was returned WITHOUT the power cord, stands and remote control. Whoever "inspected" this TV did not truly inspect it.
