Very nice picture. User Interface could be better

But using the cursor to navigate the user interface could be improved, nearly always resort to the direction buttons. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Perfect on time service

He showed up on time (within the agreed time slot) after calling ahead to confirm. The wall mounted TV was centered, level and cleanly installed. He had a new HDMI cable on the truck (we did not have one onsite) he sold us to complete the installation. The tech was polite and helpful. He also programmed the new remote control and synchronized it with our Comcast remote control. GREAT JOB!

Responsive UI

They all have extensive support for "smart" features, but both the Vizios and the Insignias are hard to control and sluggish when navigating the user interface. I was pleased that this was not the case with the LG -- its UI was super fast and the navigation was much easier, supporting voice, pointing with a cursor, and more typical left/right/up/down buttons.
