They called again the morning of delivery and firmed up the time. Installation above our fireplace went smoothly- they were obviously well experienced and knowledgeable. They introduced me to the functionality of the advanced mount, as well as the workings of the TV. I was very impressed- no issues at all.

Wouldn't Buy Again

I went by reviews and price point. Thought this was a good deal; however, it was not. I really do like the remote but I find the picture quality is not up to par. It's not as sharp as what I would have thought or other reviews claimed. I've had an LG TV in another room for 10 years and I almost like that picture quality more that this new one. I am a fan of LG TVs but just not this one.

Functionality of the apps and the magic remote work great
