Excellent tv with all the goodies you need inside,

great tv with great picture, user interface could be slightly easier to use but otherwise very happy with it

For the price, it's an excellent "second TV." Personally I would rather spend the extra money for an LG OLED-CX TV to be my home theater centerpiece. One drawback is the scaler does a pretty terrible job upconverting 1080p source video. Lots of jaggies for me when viewing HD sports content. The app selection is decent. Curiously I wasn't able to find ESPN+ nor was it obvious how to login to my Twitch account. Not sure if that's even possible.

Generally good experience in store. Associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were uncomfortable when a group of 4 came by us disregarding social distancing and not wearing masks. We were told Best Buy could only deliver our 65” tv to the curb and it was our responsibility to load it into our vehicle. Said the tv is very fragile so they can’t take responsibility. Well my wife and I are over 70 so that seemed unreasonable to us.

Within 5 mins of setup, I realized there about 10 large "light" spots on the screen. One in each corner and large ones in the middle of the screen. These spots can be seen in just about every shot, but especially in dark ones. see the pictures attached. requested refund the next day and buying another, better quality tv.

Purchased the TV online while the stores were closed to inside customers so I wasn't able to see the set in person. The curbside pickup was very easy and quick, and the staff was very friendly. The TV has been everything we needed. It was very easy to set up and we have had no problems.

I like it a lot. Highly recommended. It's friendly user, i like the pictuee and the volume.

My husband and I tv display went out. Since everyone is home quite often now it was something we needed replace quicker than later. We love our new purchase so much we got rid of cable completely to enjoy our subscriptions.

Is it the best tv ever, no. But a 65’ tv for much less than $1,000, it’s worth the money.

Great Television, the remote is a cursor (takes some getting use to), sound on these kind of TVs is always fixed by getting a cheap little sound bar but by itself its fine. Commands go in quick and easy. Not the best TV but for the average person its great.

So far, so good. Haven't had any issue with it since hanging it on the wall. It comes with legs, but looks better up there. I like LG, even though there menu tends to be a bit clunky, but don't really have any complaints.

Nice picture great TV, we really have enjoyed the larger picture, nice, crisp imagine.

I like the TV. system is quite fast, many applications installed and available. It has ethernet and wifi, magic remote and is compatible with google home. The only thing i don't like is that Google home can only manage volume. Not power on/off, no programs, just volume.

Really enjoy the TV itself no complaints whatsoever, the only reason I'm giving four stars was because I purchased open box and when I got home and unwrapped it cam with no mounting brackets or even a remote ,,just the screen, now I understand open box means some stuff not included but a mounting unit and a remote should obviously be included

Over all the TV is nice. Great picture for the price. Menus are simple to use. Comes with most apps I use, and easy to install new ones. The one blaring problem and one that has at times driven me almost to the point of throwing a brick through the screen is it's wifi connection and not connecting at all (losing pw or whatever it is). At first it was every now and then, but found a setting that other users said fixed the issue of it not connecting. I changed that and it worked great for about a week or two. Then every time I turned it on, I had to go back in and manually reconnect to my wifi. Now when I try to half the time I can manually put my pw back in and it will connect, the other times it won't even load that part of the menu to allow me to enter a password. It just sticks on the connection screen with a red circle then times out.

We recently purchased this TV for our living room and moved our other 65" LG (2019 model) upstairs to the bonus room. As always, set-up was easy and everything works great. We have 5 TVs in the house - all LG- and haven't had an issue with any of them.
