I continued to shop online and found the product I had my eye on for a while at a bargain. Push the button did the drive by to pick it up and i’m a happy camper! Still disappointed with the extremely poor customer service at two west suburban locations.

I encourage anyone purchasing any tv to do the same. Overall I am satisfied with this product and enjoy it TO THIS DAY!

The man that set it up said it was my cable and I would have to call them. So happen my grandson came by and said that was not right,so he went into settings and changed the screen size. I paid $180.00 to have this TV set up. Doesn’t seem right to me.

Internet disconnects often

Although the picture is great and we haven’t had any other problems, the internet problem makes the purchase seem not worth it!

It shows everyday tv just fine, though with non hd programs there ia a slight soap opera effect. However, for what we got it for it does the job. Im not disappointed in the purchase. The remote is a bit wonky, though. Beyond the remote its a nice set.

We selected the LG in a side by side comparison and have been very happy with this purchase
