    My experience with Best Buy is rated FIVE STAR. One bump in the exchange of a upgrade of my flat screen.In the end Best Buy made it right for the customer at NO cost. Thank you

    Good overall tv for viewing. WebOS is not as easy to navigate as Roku. Doesn't have all available apps. Currently can't get HBO Max or Fox- and no timeline as to when they will get it.

    This tv is not cheap, buh quality and easy to fix as well. Most of it all I like Samsung product cus is the best

    Overall good quality for a good price. Negative was to lack of automatic connectivity with blue tooth or optical connected devices when not LG brand such as soundbars.

    It is a good TV, but We should of chose the comparable Sony. We had a Sony before, and thought to try an LG. To many new Techy aspects.
