    difficult set up... does not work well with TIVO... so many different buttons without explanation... However, if you call LG and spend a lot of time finding the right person they will assist.

    Unable to stream Amazon Prime Video. Amazon indicates that the current software has not been downloaded on to the TV.

    Horrible panel quality, glitchy ARC settings

    I'm not sure if I received a defective unit, big the entire panel had horrible screen door effect on blue and yellow colors. Red and green colors displayed properly. The poor image quality persisted across all hdmi ports, in different resolutions, and in the built in image test. The TV also could not keep its hdmi audio output settings, even while using arc, something test my previous tv had no issues in doing. I have been using LG TVs for a long time and have been happy with the good quality. This one definitely did not meet that standard.

    I returned this TV and swapped it out for the TCL 65. I didn't really like the image

    I bought this TV because it had EARC capability. I didn’t take the time to look at all the specs. I usually take my time and find the perfect TV. So my fault for rushing On the other hand the EARC didn’t even work properly. I had to turn the TV off and on 3 to 4 times for the sound to even come out of the speakers. The picture quality is ok at best, and when the sound did come on it was OK. I had purchased the Sonos Arc, sub and two play ones. I ended up taking the TV back and hooked up my Samsung 65 8 Series. I gave the TV one star and if I had an option for a half star I would of chose that. Not user friendly at all.

    After a week the tv screen had a split line in the middle of the screen. I took it back and upgraded to a Sony 65” and I love it.

    Blurry and laggy

    Tv is blurry constantly, lags and the channels never work for the smart tv feature. I hoped it would get better but it hasn’t and I don’t want to go through the hassle of un mounting and returning then remounting a new tv.

    Got through the setup, then within 5 minutes the TV shut off and won't turn back on. Standby light isn't even off. After half an hour on hold, support told me I had to call the store it's from, and now I've been on hold again for over an hour.

    Returned it to store. Picture quality awful. Remote magic wand didn’t work all the time. Got a Sony instead soooooo much better

    Terrible Picture Quality

    I am so disappointed with the picture quality on this TV. I bought it for Christmas and I have tried everything to improve but all to no avail. The picture is so "washed out" in all settings and skin colors on (white) newsreaders are so bright but absolutely colorless. I also see no difference watching sport in the supposed 120 Hz refresh rate. And now I hear that LG have discontinued this model so it obviously has serious issues. This was my first LG TV and will be my last ... I do not understand the favorable reviews for this product!

    Software bugs

    I've owned the 8000 series tv for about 2 yrs. I have to reboot about twice a week due to the well known bug"no information" when using the guide button bug. I have comcast. This software bug has been reported and not corrected for over a year. Reminds me of microsoft years ago.
