After taking with the BB LG expert and viewing the display I was sold. When we got home and my husband set the TV up and mounted it the TV was even better. Great purchase and great quality over the Samsung TV I will admit as I have a Samsung TV as well

The picture quality is amazing. I will not deduct points due to the sound quality because I have yet to hear a large, flat screen TV that does not need to have a sound bar purchased. I purchased an LG sound bar with sub woofer (all wireless) and everything looks and sounds amazing!

Purchased online and picked up at store, made for a very easy and smooth transaction. TV was well packaged. Set up instructions were easy to follow. This TV has a great sound, no need for a sound bar with this one. Excellent picture. Highly satisfied.

Upgrade from previous TV

Replaces a similar LG TV that stopped working. Same size but 5 years worth of advanced technology. Picture is amazing. Very sharp. Only drawback is old DVD player doesn’t work with it. They told me why but I did not retain the information. Can’t wait for movie night.

Just one problem

It’s wonderful except for one thing. We can’t seem to get the TV sound off when we put in something like Disney + ... so we have 2 sound tracks going on. I’ve read the book, I’ve googled, and I can’t figure it out!
