I have had this TV for 2 months and have had no problems. Picture quality is adequate. I also got a Bose sound bar which is quite nice. I would recommend this set up.

I absolutely hate this thing! It has the absolute worst banding at it is slow transitioning between apps. I thought nothing could be worse than my Vizio tv but here we are. Not even a full year and this tv is a nightmare. Customer service so far has been rude and hard to get a hold of. I can't even get anyone to come out and at least TRY to fix my tv. I would say stay far far way. Not worth it.

This tv looks nice and is affordable but I am on my SECOND warranty claim in 6 months to have the display replaced. LG customer service is helpful but hard to get a hold of. I have lost more money staying home from work to have it repaired 2x than it cost to begin with.

I paid for this TV to be an excellent condition when I received it. It was damaged very badly with large scratches on the screen and chips on the side. When I called to get assistance. I've received terrible customer service and never got my t v replaced

OMG..I wasn't expecting it to be this good at this price point. It's bright and crystal clear and I'm half deaf and the volume set at 55 and the sound is crystal clear. I've had tvs for 3 times what I payed for this tv and this is as good if not better. Buy it you'll like it.
