I've had it for only 2 weeks but the sound quality is good, it is a great tv for it's size for the price! Still getting used to the settings menu. It took a while to get the picture just right, or true to picture.. that was frustrating.

I have had this TV for a short time, but am very pleased with the quality at the price. It is sharp with good color and decent sound. No complaints except for the inability to download certain apps as it's not Android.

My old tv was not loading apps and running really slow. I was looking for something that would be easy to use and included all the app platforms we have subscriptions with. It has been super easy to use and flawless. I’m happy with my purchase.

Overall good quality. Beautiful picture. Alot of g9od features for the tv but we had to turn off the AI voice because it got annoying after each click, each command, its going to read it back to you for sure!! lol.. but overall its a good buy

This is my second time buying this TV. I love price and value it comes with. I will also buy the same brand just bigger in the future. It helps becomes the doesnt come with the automatic apps like some other tvs have which isn't great for children.

Bought this as an early Christmas gift for our oldest son. He and his wife love it. Picture and sound quality all great for a fantastic price. The geek squad was able to mount it with no issues. Thank you Best Buy, Great Tech for Great Prices!!!

Super thin, light weight, and amazing picture. Looks amazing on the wall mount above my mantel. Kid approved remote!

Tv is great. Things I dislike is if you have a flat wall stand it’s hard to get to the connection. Also if you have surround sound it connects to both tv and surround. Doubles the sound and you have to turn one off to avoid issues with the timing of sound.

Love the quality and the picture. Perfect size for my living room. I also appreciate that when it “goes to sleep” all you have to do is press any button and it takes you right back to the screen you were on instead of having to start over.

So far had the TV for a month, pretty cool honestly but going into the settings is kinda slow but other than that the quality of the TV is really good for the price you get all the apps you could think of it works pretty well with bluetooth speakers. I use an Amazon echo studio and it works just fine.

Very pleased with this TV. The worst problem with thin flat screen TVs is usually the sound quality and level. This has 20 watt speakers. That is pretty good for a med to large room and not needed to add a sound bar.

This TV has been wonderful. The sound quality is exceptional. The color quality is wonderful. I would definitely recommend the TV and Best Buy. I was treated so well during the entire purchase and delivery. Thanks again Best Buy
